Hey, guys! I'll tell you what, you all came here to make comments. You don't even know the true meaning of MLM marketing! Camon, if you don't know what it is, just go to wikipedia. You are too narrow minded if you immediately compare it to a ponzi scheme, you lack education!

Secondly, do any of you live in the countries I mentioned?Huh Do any of you speak Hindi? Or maybe Vietnamese? Or Chinese?

Why are you making posts? You have no idea what you're talking about.

Sorry to say this OP this sounds more like a pyramid scheme but it would be nice you make some more explanatory so that members reading it would understand what you stand for. Merely putting this up would raise more eye browse doubting your job offer. There are many people here with such knowledge and experience interested in your offer but due to their past occurrences with names as such, would want to be very careful having any deal with you. So it would be nice you throw more light in further explaining what your mlm is all about and if possible put up the website for us to see and have idea what you are talking about.

MLM is ponzi scheme/pyramid scheme you are right on this Have to see if this MLM project will fit in the Cryptocurrency ecosystem all those MLM type Cryptocurrency in the past are out now their leaders in jail and investors have loss huge money, they will have to deal with the bad memories of the past of CRYPTOCURRENCY based MLM, and of course the authorities will have their eyes on this scheme that uses Cryptocurrency, OP don't want to post the name of the MLM, if the project is already in expansion then we will encounter it  soon and most likely it will end up where it belong the scam board  Cheesy

seems legit

I don't think so, sounds like OneCoin the MLM based on Cryptocurrency to me, you can not connect Cryptocurrency to MLM because MLM is data-based a big turnaround from the Cryptocurrency nature.
OneCoin and Bitconnect are just two of the biggest MLM Ponzi scheme causing its investors to lose $3.5 billion.

Really? You don't know of the clearly sarcastic saying & memes, "seems legit?"
It's obviously not legit.
Learn sarcasm. I made it so easy for you by putting "/s", which clearly indicates that anything before it is sarcasm.
Facepalm.

Feel free to counter anything I have said, as I'm interested as to whether or not the company is an outright scam or if there is actually some form of innovation behind this idea. I doubt it based on the OP.

If their business model is an MLM and Ponzi scheme type then they are following the leads of One Coin and Bitconnectcoin
These are just some of the highlights of OneCoin

What has this got to do with the OP countering what I had to say? Nothing. All of that text was just to increase your post size.
I don't need to be taught what an MLM is, thanks.

OneCoin was a Ponzi scheme that pulled in $4 billion from 2014 to 2016.
OneCoin was not actively traded, nor could the coins be used to purchase anything.
Its founder, Ruja Ignatova, has disappeared and co-founder Sebastian Greenwood is in jail in the U.S.

The company’s main business was selling course materials, which were reportedly plagiarized in most cases.
Its course material business model was akin to a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme, where course material buyers were paid to recruit new buyers.

What Happened to OneCoin, the $4 Billion Crypto Ponzi Scheme?

I lost half of my savings investing in this Ponzi scheme and so re my friends, so I have a motive to call what OP is promoting as a scam.

Why has this become about Onecoin? Just because you were someone who fell for an obvious scam, doesn't mean you need to make a slab of text about ponzis and pyramjds, after the OP was already scrutinized.

I'm a hiring manager.

We have nothing to do with pyramid schemes. We need people who will present our product at conferences and in regional communities. The project has been running for over three years and has a big ecosystem!

MLM Schemes are usually pyramid schemes as I never heard of any MLM who runs on the model of a pyramid. Anyways if you still think that your project is running for the last three years and there has been no scam with the people involved, please share the name of the project along with the site names and details.

Also, it will be nice if you also tell us what amount you will be paying for this job.

There is no place you would mention that name mlm and nobody would not think it is pyramid scheme. People are sceptical these days of such and are very careful so as not to fall a victim of such scheme anymore. As a result of failed mlm schemes, people lost their lives and some lost both life and funds. So nobody in their normal sense would want to associate with anything mlm schemes when they hear much. They would run away from it while pointing at their experience or what happened to any one close to them that was involved in the mlm scheme.

I agree to your motion of OP to mentioning the website for clarification purpose and also state how much each work portfolio would receive for their task.

I'm a hiring manager.
Please name the project. It is common for an hiring manager to give the name of the company you're working with so the applicants and everyone will know.

We have nothing to do with pyramid schemes. We need people who will present our product at conferences and in regional communities. The project has been running for over three years and has a big ecosystem!
That's why if you're boasting its existence for more than three years, give us some details about it so that we'll know what company is this. And we will see if you guys really have nothing to do with pyramid schemes. Because the typical thought of a person that's hearing with a MLM is all about that scheme and its relation.

A project that has been running for three years and has a large clientele is already matured and should have nothing to hide. The job description is clear but it seems you are keeping the name of the company secret. If you want to attract the best hands for the job you would have to show that the firm is a reputable one. Prove to us that it is not a Ponzi scheme. You don't need to talk much about the project if you can just throw more light on the the the project. The location of your job suits me. But I wouldn't want to promote a project that will send me to prison or force me into hiding while some persons will be free enjoying their lives.

I don't think you'll find what you are looking for here, and I think that you should reconsider the business idea (whether you are a founder or an employee) before you go ahead...to prevent any complications that could arise later.

Privacy and encryption are not only things that are traditionally open source and free, but they are things that can be broken. I definitely wouldn't trust an MLM to maintain or protect my privacy, or uphold quality/true encryption.

Feel free to counter anything I have said, as I'm interested as to whether or not the company is an outright scam or if there is actually some form of innovation behind this idea. I doubt it based on the OP.
