Haven't seen log in and sign up forms placed side by side on the one page before. Don't affect usability much but at least looks a bit odd or unusual.
The portfolio functionality looks like a definitely useful feature. It can be used for some constant portfolio tracking but probably has some issues and need some improvements in order to be used by traders or investors who often swap coins. It's not possible to add new sell transactions, that might be some not mentioned restriction or so but adding a buy transaction set as a default and cannot be changed. The more important inconvenience could be if I chose LTC as a base currency and want to track my portfolio in that currency I still wouldn't be able to add new buy transaction, for example, of buying some BTC for LTC. The only crypto for fiat transactions are allowed.
