4) seller confirm MT103-72 Blocked fund and send BTC to Buyer
4) buyer confirm BTC and Release Fund to Seller and Facilitators
5) Next Transche follow.

Here bank is the escrow and bank locked funds.

Discounts /commisson increases if quantity is higher then 13,000 BTC in quantity

bitcoin is cheap in my country but we need cash to make the purchase easy. and btc is always available in bulk in my country market.

if my thread helps we can see a way to work out something if not now but in future.

if the buyer can pay for flight fares coming and return tickets including Visa, sure i can fly to your country and secondly security has to be assured.

What proof of bulk BTC ownership do you have ?

Do you really expect people to fly to Dubai without being 100% sure that your claims are valid?

Talk is cheap - anyone can come here, sign up/buy an account and talk shop.

Besides what is the purpose of you offering escrow on deals if its going to be "face to face" in Dubai???

And for your kind information sir - Dubai is definitely not the safest place on earth

my friend, if someone want to buy/sell 50+ he can also easy fly to Dubai, it is the safest place in the world! I dont know any person who will fly to europe, asia or cis contries, it is siucide. And in Dubai i garantee 100% safety! Can you garantee it anywhere else?
I talk about both, life and money safeness. In Dubai no one will put you in trunk and never try to get you BTC from you. I have customers all over the world. So plz, dont tell me about resources and cost of flying. It makes me laugh
