What do you mean by hiring a whitepaper writer? Can't you think carefully about how your project works and the utility of your token? That makes no sense. But if you intend to hire someone to design your whitepaper, that's normal. So, I want to know what you really want to find here?

@OP visit the Scam Accusations board and you will see how many projects were busted for plagiarism. Most of them claim that they just hired someone else to write their WP.\
Better hire someone who has established himself/herself in the forum.
