Many people like myself have learnt their lessons from previous projects that promise to pay with token but, after getting paid they'll be no means of swapping the token. Nobody is going to be interested if you are going to pay in tokens which doesn't have any value yet, if you have funds ( you mentioned limited funds) go to service section and pay with bitcoin to get the quality members who is having experience.

I agree, paid before a token that doesn't worth anything and learned my lesson from that. I also agree with @hugeblack if you want to look for a good staff you should at least have a budget to pay them with cryptocurrency that can be exchanged anytime and not with a no value token since we are not all sure if the IDO will be successful and your tokens would have a value.

Sounds good actually if you become successful. But every startup isn't sure about their success in the long run unless they're committed to working with the project.
I agree with the folks above about making sure you pay in BNB and not with your token. Founding members would be totally fine with that because you know what's your mission and vision. But having new personnel on board, they aren't sure of what's for them in-store and would likely to prefer a more credible crypto to get paid.

You can't get a good staff if you don't pay and pay with the tokens, it is considered non-payment because you don't trust the value of those tokens, otherwise you will keep them and sell BNB cuz your token will worth more.

In general, you can pay with any cryptocurrency, and when your project succeeds, you will achieve a lot, and therefore you must pay an initial value. You cannot build a project without any initial money.
