In Asia (Singapore) there was a great project with PundiX using a sort of crypto that you did not convert at the card to fiat (the merchants would use the altcoin from them which was a stablecoin) so you actually get far better rates as a buyer than if using card to convert,,, even better rates than foreign exchange ones.

It died though I think after a fantastic start, sadly. People just did not adopt even though it was instant settlement and free.

The idea of this has already sounded many times, there were even projects that offered integration with a master card or a visa, so that their wallet was tied to the coin, and the coin was traded through the application and it was possible to keep many coins on the balance that can easily be converted into dollars on the card. But I have not seen successful examples of the implementation of this idea, I hope that this idea will be implemented in 2022.

What you like to happen is actually good. Things will happen eventually, the things that are the likes of you. There's a lesser merchant that are accepting stable coins and they're more with bitcoin and other better altcoins that they prefer. But for sure many of them are going to accept stable coins soon. It's just a matter of time until things like this happen. We'll be there somewhere when many have already accepted and supporting the use of stable coins in our daily lives.

You can say that but I still need fiat currency because many reasons and I can accept using crypto for just my investment. As long as I can convert my crypto into fiat currency, I will not have a problem. Many things need to be done before the stable coins you mention can be implemented but the most thing is how the government can accept something that they can not fully control and I do not think they can easily accept stable coins.

We already use debit cards besides credit cards and that already happened a long time ago, before Satoshi introduced crypto. The key is the government, the banks (how they can integrate with crypto), the local store and, of course, how people will use stable coins for payment.

We dont need actual fiat currency eur/usd...we should be start using stablecoins like fiat currency.
Fiat is backed by the government of the country that is issuing it, but you want it to become things of the past when the government are piloting and creating CBDCs which are also fiat. It is easy for me to convert bitcoin to fiat whenever I am in need of money, which I think is all I need.

I understand you very well though, you want cross border transactions to be easily accessible and cheap, which can be a means fiat pegged decentralized currencies can help, but not only fiat pegged coins that can help, also unstable cryptocurrencies like bitcoin is good for such purpose as well.

But is the card needed? No. I have easily make payment on sites (be it local or foreign) that are accepting cryptocurrencies easily using a very cheap amount of fee without any card required. But what I still find difficult is that some sites still do not accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.

Actually, the government is not going to put up with crypto and especially stable coins as this way they will lose the control over finances and economics in the whole. The authorities are already interested in stable coins so the US Senate has requested information from companies that release stablecoins on the principles of their work. The senator demanded to clearly outline the processes of releasing stable coins, as well as provide details of special agreements with trading platforms that interact with them.

That will be wonderful if we get this opportunity to get rid of fiat and use only crypto instead of it. The thing is that we can't consider centralised stablecoins such as tether or BUSD as a good substitution, as this way the government will be just replaced by the company that releases these stablecoins, so there will be no difference. Several companies mustn't take the control over the whole financial system of the world. We will need to use algorithmic stable coins and decentralised cryptocurrencies.

Actually there has been a lot of it already on some countries but the idea isn't got much more adoption yet. Also this wouldn't be possible if there are no stores that accept it on your country. As far as I know there are some places that already doing this but as time pass by we can be going there for sure.

Well, what's the point of having credit cards if there are no physical shops to shop at?

While there are several online stores where stables as well as crypto can be used as payment for goods and services, there's still is a long away until stable credit cards will actually have any utility - until then there's no point in having one.

The crypto markets are way too volatile, and unless there will be an intermediary, there will be no much of use of credit cards in the way of stables because no places will be able to entertain that system.

Alas, I feel confident that with time, greater integrations between the crypto and the outside/fiat world will enable for a smoother transition between the two finance systems. We only need to be patient, and watch the crypto grow to bridge the two parallels

Most crypto debit card either allow, either enforce the top up to be done - at the end - in actual fiat currencies - usually USD/EUR/GBP, maybe others too in the Asian countries.
Some allow you send there only Bitcoin or certain altcoin, some allow you even keep stable coins too on it - Binance card allows you have both BUSD and USDT.
So... unless I've missed something - and then you may need to explain better what you actually want - the feature you are asking for is, in a way or another, already present in some of the crypto cards.

We dont need actual fiat currency eur/usd...we should be start using stablecoins like fiat currency.
Only what we need from the old fiat currency is CASH but we dont need even banks we need wallets and debit cards.

Here you're also wrong. Shops need fiat. They have the accountancy in fiat, they sell for fiat. And this means that the cards will have to send fiat to the shops for the things you're buying. Some allow you keep crypto and convert to fiat at the moment of spending, some will ask you have already converted enough funds you want to spend. It's up to you to choose the card that suits you best. But, whether we like it or not, fiat is still there.

What do you mean? There's already plenty of Bitcoin and altcoin based debit cards out there:

Binance:
https://www.binance.com/en/cards

Bitpanda:
https://www.bitpanda.com/en/card

Crypto.com:
https://crypto.com/eea/cards

BlockFi:
https://blockfi.com/credit-card/

...and I'm pretty sure I missed a few.
