One thing I will recommend is that you give a unique payment address to each customer. That way you can be sure of who exactly has paid you. If everyone uses the same address, then you may find it difficult to disambiguate, and if you get really busy, someone could slip in and say that a recently received payment was theirs when it wasn't, and you have no way of knowing who really made the payment.
