These kind of activity would be comes under spamming. If you want to promote your project on the forum. You please go ahead to hire some trust campaign managers and go in a legit way.
If you hire single person and make them to create a thread. With in some minutes others will mention that thread as spam to promote shit project. I hope you do not want to waste your project's name. Check the managers like aTriz or Yahoo.
Spamming and trash posting is highly discouraged on the forum. If you are paying people to spam on your projects, most likely your projects will be revealed at some point. Also, if you are making a reputable project, why do you feel urge to pay people to spam it?

probably just what marinecoin is doing right now, it seem to have been spamming most of the thread that discussed which coin to invest into. if they find this strategy to be working then i guess most of the marketing staff are going to do this like having an army of spammers trying to suggest their token to be the best when its really not.
