Everybody is complaining of ICOs being scams. we should be thinking of ways to fix this as it is bringing a bad name to our beloved cryptocurrency. Imagine a first time investor falls for these scams, what would be his motivation to invest more especially now we need a whole lot of investments.
That's why many ICOs restrict participant from USA and China, where have a strict rule about ICO. I think we just need to consider the ICO which compliance SEC Act, to ensure preventing scam ICO.

It's correct ! Especially when the token value in the ICO project is very high, but they were put on the trading floor, I was really shocked, almost as if they were junk, and I think I was cheated by the project.

fraudster, unfortunately, can not be avoided. it is normal practice for an investor to lose their funds. a person should understand what he is doing and why he is doing and what the risks are. if the person is really an investor. then at 1 loss it will not leave this market.
