But I mean like, for the crowd's benefit. Some good project where manufacturing of mining hardware that's totally crypto funded. Wouldn't that be a good venture? There's like a hundred ICOs every day and stuff. New blockchains and some other based on Ethereum. Wouldn't this like grow the roots deeper of some sort?
Don't think we need to add hash power though, when was the last time somebody actually tried to hack Bitcoin and was even remotely successful? I however, do agree we should be focusing on the adoption and not the speculation side of things, easier said than done though too.
The free market already does this in itself. Profit is there to be made from mining and so there will always be people looking for ways to improve on things so that they can have an advantage over their competitors. That is why we have transitioned so far from the days of people mining on their home PCs.

That's a great suggestion I think to invest in a company that focuses on the blockchain improvement project will really help a lot of us. I think if I see a project like this, It's certainly succeed.
