Personally, Our design is not created for Mobile devices at this time because we have a mobile site in development.
As for colour schemes, we have been experimenting with quite a few different colours, and we personally think the colours we chose in the blues were right for our design, its more of a pastel colour, just faded a bit, but, i will pass your notes onto our designer and see if he agrees or not.
Not trying to shoot you down or anything, but the page doesn't display properly in Chrome either, the numbers underneath "our process" are clipped at the top, the horizontal margin goes off screen on the left and right sides with no scrollbar (Are you using auto margins? If so, try placing your content inside of separate divs first) and the content seems a little disorganized (Try a more traditional organization, i.e. as you scroll top to bottom go "Welcome to VersaBit, Who We Are, What We Do, Our Process, What People Are Saying, Our Work, Work With Us, Get in Touch. Leave out "Our Services" as it is a bit redundant when you already have a "What We Do" section).
Maybe even consider turning it into a multi-page website so that all your content isn't cluttered up on one single page, it will give it a cleaner and more professional appearance.
Other than that, I'd say the site looks great, I like the graphics work and colors but if you're looking to stand out and generate more traffic you might try more bright and vibrant colors or go with a dark color scheme as they are more attractive to your average user. Greys and pastels don't seem to hold the average visitor's attention for very long.
Hope this was helpful and I wish you the best in your new business!!!
