honestly if you're trying to hawk web design here the least you could do is not be a lazy ass and AT LEAST MAKE THE LINKS CLICKABLE.
Christ man you honestly expect someone to hire you to do web design when you can't be fucking arsed to even use the URL bbcode tag in your post?
A little effort goes a long ways around here and you're not even trying. I highly suggest you put a bit of work into the OP if you want to actually attract customers.. That's my .02 BTC anyways...

By average I mean what most people do...what is the price you guys charge for the most common website jobs?
Anywhere from 300-900$ For an " average"
To voice from a 3rd-party perspective, there is no "average." Every project is vastly different. You'd need to give an example of what you view as "average" to get a better estimate.
