Don't be fooled by github profiles. It's not the best way to ascertain whether a developer is good or not. They can be faked, bought or sold. And I've seen people present other people's code as theirs. Just a friendly warning, be careful. There are better ways to verify if a developer is good.

It's subjective,being a developer myself,I use Jest/Mocha/Chai for unit testing front-end.Logic testing depends on the language and is subjective..
