Web wallets won't charge you for their service but they are charging the fees which are required by the network in order to confirm the transaction. You can even try Localbitcoins coupons system if you are willing to transfer the funds without paying any fee for it. However, it is not possible to send amount from one exchange to another exchange or wallet without adding the sufficient transaction fees.

The only way you can transfer bitcoin without fees is using online wallets like Coinbase.
NOTE: This only works with Coinbase to Coinbase wallets ONLY though. Other than that? You really have to pay fees; as that's how bitcoin was intended to be. Without fees, there will most likely be little to no miners.

ah.. the fees that we are paying are for miners fee, right?  ok thank you... now i know..

there is no web wallet wo don't need a fees to withdraw your coins, like mjglqw said above the only wallet who din't take a fees is coinbase, but it will works only for coinbase user if you send out to different address like blockchain it needs a smallbig fee

I really need your suggestion guys. Im still looking for bitcoin web wallet that has no withdrawal fees.. All wallet that i am using now has very expensive fees...  Sad
