"Profit" is profit when you can realize it. Is it possible now?

I have sold off 1000s of dollars of WEB coin since I started mining. Still one of the leaders for CN based coins.

Well actual gain is less. I get 2k on vega but due to duplicate shares and other errors of the gpu miner I never go over 1.3k on pool side

I've not had great luck on VEGAs *at all* and mixed bag on other AMD with the current miners... so yah in that case not awesome.

My nVidia stuff is generally at ~85% or better or so on the pool-side -- so ~98.6% with the raw accepted figures.

CPU has the highest acceptance rate (99.8% on my Ryzen 1700X) -- and I do run a ton of those too.

WebChain made it on Coin Market Cap now!

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/webchain/

I am still running ~120 kH on it =)

At today's price / difficulty it is a 1:1 ration of KH to $ per day... so my 120 kH = $120 / day.

We are at 116% now... so 120 kH would be $139 per day.

In this bear market I'm sure glad to be mining this one =)

not good full of duplicate shares

Yes that is "normal" on the GPU miners for Webchain at the moment, although, even that being said profit still quite good.

RX570 4GB gives 712 h/s but i see compute error warning on the miner. how to fix it ?
The same GPU gives 930 h/s on cryptonight-v7

You have to use the "blockchain" driver for the Webchain GPU miner on AMD.

Hi,

interesting coin. Can you recommend a pool and do you know if there are pools available for solo-mining?

Thx.

I can't help you on solo mining but this is the pool I use :

https://webcn.loudmining.com/#/

I am actually the #1 miner there.

What is your hardware specifications that it is mining with this hashrate?

I have quite a few machines mining GPU & CPU... everything from Xeon X5660 to Opteron 6380 CPUs and AMD / Nvidia GPUs.

I also made a post about compiling the CPU miner on Linux:

Hey guys,

I am currently the biggest single hasher for Webchain.

Income is quite good... it's about 80% of $ per day as kH of power* vs. 50% or so on Monero / 40% on XTL (I also do both of these with much less hash-rate). It's a variation on the CN algo.

CPU mining is quite effective... also has AMD GPU miner (not super great... but it usually works) and nVidia miner (little better). GPUs have even less advantage over CPUs as the GPU miners reject quite a few shares so accepted hash-rate isn't as good as something like Monero*.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annmintmemintmecom-coincpu-miningdapps-via-websitesno-icoasic-3649170

Hope to bring some more attention to the coin hence sharing the info.

* -- I am going off ACCEPTED hash-rate on the pool side for the 80% profit figure... the miner reports quite a bit more on GPUs but I just ignore that and look at pool-side.
