Professor Shadab is a prolific and influential expert in financial law and regulation whose research focuses on hedge funds, derivatives, commercial transactions, and cryptocurrencies. He has testified before Congress several times and is the author of numerous articles in academic publications. Professor Shadab is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions.
