Sorry for the thread revival but I feel this webinar deserves some kudos.

You can watch it for free if you register with lawline which is very easy. It also follows a dialog format between the host and the speaker so could really be helpful for folks who like this format.

Any summaries on their conclusions?

Should we read much into the fact that they aren't accepting bitcoin as a payment option?  haha

Anyone registering for this?  I'm very intrigued, but I'm also very busy at work, so 1 hour of my time on a Wednesday in the middle of the afternoon as well as $40 to find out if my $1,500 worth of bitcoin are legal doesn't seem worth it right now.

My mining and trading operations are both in the red for now, so taking them $40 further in the whole (as I would consider this an expense) doesn't make sense yet.

I'm gonna see if I have a lawyer friend who needs some CLE which I'm assuming stands for Continuing Legal Education?

I have continuing ed requirements as an actuary, so I'm guessing this is lawyer continuing ed.
