Thats gonna be hard. I only check some of the new release ido on twitter and telegram. Sometime there are some who posted it. I suggest find some influencers who are into bsc cause Im sure he always post new ones on that network. I also follow some influencers that post new project but not on bsc but other network. I think, it is better to check quality projects holding their crowdsourcing via the binance launchpad.
I don't think BSCPad - https://bscpad.com/, is official partner of Binance. But you can already get an idea what projects are ongoing.

But BSCPAD shows that there are no IDOs actually running and only one is upcoming (TBH). However the op link mention a variety of projects without to mention if they are actually collecting funds or the fundraise was closed. I checked few of them if they have a bitcointalk ANN but unfortunetly none of them has a channel here, i found it strange btw.
