That is an awesome site which I check pretty regularly but... Isn't that only for Bitcoin though? It won't show the price of altcoins which I think is what OP is after.

I am after alt coins so although that site is cool, it doesn't help me for the alt coins.  Thanks for the help all

As others have already said, try Coinmarketcap.com.

Coinmarketcap shows the value of most major (Read actualy used) coins.
So this one authors asked about for almost sure... not Wink

And just 2 days later, Stellar is on coinmarketcap already at the 36th place at this moment. Smiley

Seems like the coin is not in exchanges yet, so you can only speculate their value, and the price if/when they reach an exchange.

It is really a brand new coin yet.

It has already reached an exchange and you can buy/sell your Stellar on JustCoin (https://justcoin.com). Smiley
Price history can be found here: http://www.cryptocoincharts.info/v2/pair/str/btc/justcoin/today

I got a PM from someone asking me to sell him stellar coins if I sign up there I get some free ones.  Can I check the value of the coins before I decide to sell them or not?
