It is certain that this page has much support and it has not been banned, there are over 15k likes there. People do comment so to me it seems it might be legit if you getting tips from the page owner then it should be fine, just checked the past record it looks ok to me. I would bet on this if you interested in sports. Would be nice if someone here did a little trial run then reported their findings here.
