Yes, it is completely up to the team to publish their identities, but it is your responsability,
as a company seeking investors, to allow what is published on your website.
You allowed false information to be published, misleading investors to believe that you have a real team.
As you removed them from your website and left only 3 members - you are assuming that all the other identities of your team are fake/stolen as well.
We hesitate to label your project as a scam, but so far your actions have demonstrated that your project shouldn't be trusted:
