Wow, great calls on the underdog picks, Rubberduckie! Yeah, the backdoor covers are always nice. And Carolina came through nicely for you also in the second half after being down big. You killed it.

thx brother!

also leaning dog again with the packers tomorrow. Just seems like a lot of points to give a
team on the ropes with a A plus QB.   I havent bet it yet but will most likely be on he dog
which is scary cause packers have looked so horrible.

Nice work Rubberduckie you are 2 from 4 picks at the moment with your Panthers and Bucs picks just starting and right now the Bucs look good up 14 points to 0 already late in the 1st quarter. I'm so far 2 wins from 3 picks with the Patriots/Jets game to go and I have the Jets to hopefully cover the +7.5 spread. Too bad for me that this blew out a little to +9

loving that niner backdoor special lol

it was ugly looking at the screen seeing JAX and Niners on it but with key numbers
like 7.5 in the NFL sometimes you have to take the ugly ones and pray lol.

Hopefully you are having a good day brother.

Last game is another ugly one but a home dog

Tampa +7 (bought the half point from 6.5 to 7 and had to pay -125)

I felt buying the point to get 7 points to have a 7 point home dog was smart
just in case they lose by 7. Tampa has been playing better lately and Seattle
has had some tough games and is now back on the road way out west as to
big a favorite in my opinion

thats all the adds for this weekend. I need a bunch of ugly teams lol

Another ugly add.

I just think the ugly teams are getting to many points vs just as ugly teams.

Jacksonville +8 over the bills

insane amount of points for a very average team like the bills to lay. I again will
put a few bucks on the money line just in case that hits also.

there are so many huge favorites this week that if you told me a few weeks ago
that the team would be favored by that much I would be shocked. I am adding
a play here which is going against a very average team laying a ton of points.

49ers +7.5 over the dolphins

This is more of a play against the dolphins than it is on the 49ers. Fins just
shouldn't be laying over a TD to anyone. Especially after a big west coast road
trip that finished with the very physical Rams. Fins looked dead the whole game and
got a very emotional win and beat the chargers in the same fashion. I think they come
back home feeling fat and happy and its a perfect let down spot. I will even play a few
bucks on the 49er money line.

Oh man, another game where we differ on this week. I do agree 7.5 is too much to lay especially when the Dolphins barely escaped last week with a victory in LA against a Rams team who was starting their rookie QB for the first time in the regular season. I have Miami in a ML parlay. Anyway, Good Luck!

thx Junko

yeah that skins pick was a close one lol. Dallas couldn't keep covering those big
numbers forever. Man they keep winning though.

Hey, Bud. Gratz on the Redskins pick! We both won that one.  Smiley

On your Carolina +3.5 and ML picks, not sure what odds you got, but I'm sure those are very good value bets for sure with Carolina being the underdogs. I agree, Carolina has it's back against the wall. This is definitely a MUST WIN game for them as far as their playoff hopes. They will be like a cornered wounded animal and they will fight tooth and nail to the death. I also agree, Cam will have his way with and should pick apart the Raiders D if he gets protection.

That being said, (and don't take this personally or anything, m8  Tongue), but I took Oakland -3.5. I'm convinced after watching them this season that they are legit. Their record at home isn't that horrible (I'm not counting last week's game as a real home game even though they won). Their offense struggled during most of the game last week, but Carr was able to rally and get the job done in the end. Also Carolina is not very good on the road with a 2-3 away record. Yeah, it could go either way, but I think Carr and Co. will execute better not playing at an altitude of 7,000+ feet like in Mexico City. Carolina is just too inconsistent. I never really know what to expect with them.

Anyway good luck on this pick, one of us will take this game.  Wink

I took the redskins small +7 but didn't love much in the games for turkey day.

I do however like a game for a full play on Sunday,

Carolina +3.5 and ML over the raiders

raiders were very lucky to win down in Mexico and now head home where
there are horrible this year and play a team that has a "win or go home"
mentality as if they lose they are probably out of playoff contention. I just
think cam has time and when he does he can beat up a bad defense like the
raiders. I definitely think its a 50/50 game and your getting over a field goal so
an auto play for me

As always I will add to this thread if I like more games and please feel free to tell
me your thoughts etc.

cheers and happy turkey day!
