Tbh it is, the description lacks much emphasis on bitcoin if it is understood at a glance especially by new users. I think "bounty" and "projects" are golden words for them. On the other hand, this forum has for years been a haven for shitcoin hunters and campaign managers who do little to explore references outside of the sub-board, except when it becomes their task.

I realized that it's one of the boards is less moderated, perhaps because it does not have any dedicated moderator assigned to it so spammers end up making their posts there but posts like those you posted above don't belong there. They would get deleted in other boards as soon as possible.

I think the description of the board is still OK

Bounty campaigns, as in a bug bounty campaign for a bitcoin project

Those threads are just needed a report and it will be moved or deleted accordingly. The board's description is not a concern if those topics doesn't belong there. But editing the description a little could help.

Even though the description is not as precise as it should be, some of those threads need to be deleted as they are not fit to be in that board.

I wouldn't hold my breath for theymos to make a change to the description on any board.

Isn't the description "Organization of Bitcoin and related projects, bounty campaigns, advertising etc." for this board a little wrong?

I know that it was written in the early stages of the forum, In the meantime, bounty programs got their own section, maybe there should be a small update here. Older and more serious members know that bounty programs and their problems are not discussed here, but every now and then new offers or attempts at discussion by wannabe bounty managers appear.
I believe that maybe this is not a "big deal", but considering that I visit this part often, (I am always interested in seeing new ideas), it can be boring to read about bounty problems or cheating in some shit token campaigns.

Although everything looks like spam, it seems that it is not even only their fault.

This might also be a great oportunity to promote bitcoin. This are the facebook pages of the organicers in each country. If you speak the language you could go to the facebook page and spread the word about bitcoin. You wont find a better crowd elsewhere:
