Hmm, I wonder if this really did influence STEEM and NEO.
This is a ridiculous list of ratings.
Not complaining about Bitcoin's ratings but come on most of the coins ratings definately don't deserve the spots which they had given.
For example: ARK, LSK, BTC, NEBL and some more good coins are given as C. The worst part here is dogecoin is also given C.

Honestly I read lots of analysis etc. But when investing I never invest considering one thought of any person, institution. It is clear that it does not matter how reputable, well known the person, institution who comments on crypto is. 
Thanks for the link and for the image that allow to us to see the ratings and like always things do not surprise me, they put ETH above bitcoin which is ridiculous to say the least, however it is interesting how this lists are going to affect the market, I do not expect this list to impact the market but this is going to become more popular in the future and its impact will be greater as time goes on.
I've just seen that the first ratings for cryptocoins are being released at 2pm GMT today by Weiss reports
