Interesting project, but the hard cap is too high imo
Just another scam. OP is lying about the allocation of his ICO funds, and he does not care about the law.
I think it is a really great idea as parking is a day to day subject for a lot of people worldwide.
It's a very useful idea in our life where too many transport. Efficient Parking is essential in every major city.
