I have a PayPal and eBay account that I’d like to sell
The PayPal account is a US business account registered in 2015 that has $300 USD on it,
however, it is currently not verified with an EIN according to newer regulations
In 2015, when I was using that PayPal account for business purposes,
it was not required to have an SSN or EIN to use the PayPal account for sending and receiving online payments,
SSN and EIN was only required for using the balance with the official PayPal debit card
At the moment they require SSN and EIN to use the balance
The eBay account is a US account registered in 2011
The selling limit is $14.000 USD per month
Only positive reviews. 15+ good reviews
