I also waited for Celer ICO as a participant before the given deadline. Unfortunately, their system is not working properly and they logged-out everyone from the platform in first seconds of ICO.
It's not unfortunately happen bro because they intentionally making system is failure when we are trying to buy CELER Network coin. Not only me, everyone saying that facing same problem. This is not ICO it’s IEO whatever i failed after 5-6 seconds when sell time is start. 
I stayed away from Celer. Maybe should have thought a little harder about it

You should understand how this things works already, we have had this kind of experience in the past where we saw a lot of ICO sold out under minutes and a lot of people where not able to buy the tokens due to their network coverage or maybe due to overload on the website since we have millions of persons visiting the website at the same time.Have you tried it? I think this is the same thing that happened, they where a lot of persons trying to make purchase of the coin denying those with slow network access to make purchase.

No I wasn't. Buy the time I was done solving captcha and relogging in after network failure logged me out, the IEO was concluded. I sincerely hope theres a way to make Binance launchpad a level playing field for everyone interested in the IEO

It depends on what, kind of token, is this strong to pull up the price. If you got good research and find that this celer is a good investment then buying at this rate is great. If you want to participating on binance IEO, you should prepare before IEO start. Its very crowded because binance have a lot member and have big liquidity in cryptocurrency market. But its worth because most IEO held by binance always profitable when start listed in market

. Celer network token was sold off around 17minutes due to some issues and yet I was unable to buy ,I was trying to buy 60$ worth of the token but no luck
17 minutes? No way. I clicked on buy button few seconds after it was launched and didn´t buy, I saw only a waiting pop-up and after 20 minutes I find out that I was too late. I do not understand who can be faster than me. I'm guessing within 17 to 18 minutes totally sold out. When sell started just i clicked even before i complete captcha for easy. After 2 minutes it’s failed and long out than again i trying to buy but i don't know how too rapidly all the token sold out. Who guys successfully bought CELR coin there are very much lucky.
difficult if you want to buy at the binary launcpad because there buyers scramble, and if you want to buy in the exchange you have to wait for the best price in my opinion so that you do not lose if the price drops far below your purchase price

I dont prefer to buy it on exchange, you might loss something because investor on the IEO will find for a profit. Price will be much higher than the price on token sale. So better to find another one or wait again for another IEO on binance. But if you wanna take a risk then go, well it still a good investment since its goes on a good exchange. I tried to buy 500 USD worth of Celer tokens, but one second before the launch I wanted to refresh the page and was logged out. It was a pretty silly sale, because I have put my order as there were 7 buyers, but nothing happened.
During the sale, i tried all my possible best to buy celer token on binance but it is too competitive i couldn't buy any of the two recently sales on binance launchpad, i hope for better luck next time.

just like BTT and Fetch, you can buy a celer on the Binance Exchange after the trade is opened, but I'm sure you have to buy it at a price that is much higher than the IEO price, it's better to wait for the next IEO at Binance Launchpad.

many of them failed to buy celer, myself too along with other cryptocurrency community felt the same thing where they did not get a piggy bank, the huge demand made selling very fast
I didn't get into Celer and all my friends also didn't. I see no reason to try anymore, the hype is so big that there is almost no chance.
Things are going well for Binance, but I don't rely on it. Therefore, I did not try to participate in a token sale by Binance. Because nobody's looking at the project. They only deal with the token sale of Binance.
I can't buy that and i got stuck and that sucks. You can try to search the guy who has bought celer token and you will never find them even there were thousands of people have joined in the celer ico yesterday and this looks so strange.
It's actually strange, what happened is more likely a hype and binance and celer team actually did it. Let's see where this hype take them. I don't trust this kind of scheme, this like a super sale in department with just a fake sale. For all we know it's just them who bought.

I also logout when I click on the BUY instead of directing to the sales. If only CZ mentioned to refresh the page and didnt click the login butto maybe Im in. Anyway that's life congrats to those 3129 participants which Im surely will ripped off profits again.

Yes, Celer Network tokes was sold within 18 minutes. I was tried but i haven't verified my binance account yet, that's why i wasn't given chance to buy. Binance already done BTT and Celer successfully. This will enhance more projects to launchpad through Binance from now. Have you tried it? Got or missed. Celer network token was sold off around 17minutes due to some issues and yet I was unable to buy ,I was trying to buy 60$ worth of the token but no luck
