Vitalik Buterin has advised very few ICOs I think. I only know for OmiseGo and Raiden. If he is even mentioning a project, than it should be worth it.
Don´t forget about TenX. In any case Vitalik may have his own interests and I have mine. Precisely, he wants to grow the network and I want to grow my wallet.

This project started with a great expectation but not much has been delivered since, good team but the issue I have with them is that of adoption, how are they going to get users to their platform and enforce the refund of these money
