There are several postings on a few platforms about this issue.
Short summary for you: They took BTC/LTC after verification for the recently approved verifications. I don't think they will give it back, because they do not answer on tickets for this "issue".
If you had any other coins or USD you still have this balance, they just took BTC / LTC.
And yes, before my verification I saw my BTC balance that were still on wex.nz. They took it after the approval. So they have record of any coin.

Account was suspended for inactivity so I've applied for verification. After verification from 200+ LTC my balance is now 0.
Today i got this reply from Wex nz admin.
"Hello! Thank you for contacting the WEX Exchange Support Service.
We do not have data on deposits and deductions from the previous site only on current balances.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Yours faithfully, WEX Support"
And they closed the ticket.
But I somehow have .7 USD and .4 tokens so they have records for usd but not for LTC?
I don't know what is happening.
