Ty for the warning. After years and years of being exposed to scams on the internet, I dont think the people of this forum especially will fall for an obvious phishing scam like that. The victims that do must really be idiots.
Now it will be very much fishing sites and feik letters , so be careful.
I never send any funds or sensitive material to any link in an email. If it ends up in my spam folder it is unlikely to even get opened. I always visit the registered domain. Why take the risk?

I really hope that the coins going to that address are part of the scammers advertising technique to simulate that their programm is working.Or could it really be that there are still so many people believing their ridiculous story? It's 2017 now, everybody must now that trick with the doublers, at least I thought so.

Thank you for the warning on this one. Although I have not received such an email, at least I will know that this is one to avoid! A good clue that this might be fishy (phishy?) is this little bit of text:
The idea of investing 3 BTC and getting back 5.20 after only two days sounds very much like an HYIP (High Yield Investment Progam), one of the infamous Internet "investment vehicles" that almost invariably turn out to be Ponzi schemes that can only pay out funds from earlier investors and have no actual business with which to generate revenue.
Also notable are the various typographical errors and misspellings, indicating a lack of professionalism and proofreading. This is another feature that is very common in phishing/scam emails.

Emails containing public addresses are 99% malicious, especially when you get a "special offer".
Seems like a standard spam/scam email, but always good to spread the word out about this!
We should really be careful when dealing with an email like that...people who had been victims of phishing can smells something wrong with an email like that. Unfortunately for me I am one of the phishing victims courtesy of that email using the Slack platform. I hate it that until now Slack is not doing something concrete about the many phishing emails send on their platform everyday. It's either they are just ignoring the situation or they have a dumb security experts at the helm. Many are already leaving Slack because of this.
Scammers and phishers are just there waiting to victimized us when we are at our unsuspecting selves. We have to be careful because one they got hold of our information or private keys then it is just a matter of some minutes before you have the chance not to lost whatever you are hiding in your wallet.
