Lock the thread, OP. There is no point in keeping a discussion here.

It’s a fact that the old recovery system was bad and usually it took months to get an account restored. But now you know about the new one (that works), so check it out and you will get your account back. Good luck!

The customer service in crypto is so good. Off the scale. No wonder the public is adopting it  Roll Eyes
You have to be a customer to have a customer service. Right!
Here, we are members of a community not customers. We have rights as we have duties and one of these duties is securing our accounts.

Mods are doing a great job in recovering hacked accounts and you can see the proof in TryNinja's reply. But it is not their mistake if your account got hacked.

Follow the recovery procedure. I hope you will get your account back as soon as possible.

I love people like you. Everything's good... till it happens to them!  Roll Eyes

As I said, everybody has the right to stay in its own world.

When I use to have problems (nobody's perfect!) I try to provide as much info as possible to give others the chance to understand fully my problem so they can help, especially since others will help me for free.
Unfortunately, I ask for the same.
If I understand one's problem and I can help, I gladly do. If one's too scarce with details, I may try to tell him nicely what details are missing. If one starts with criticism, I respond with criticism.

If you are paid for doing tech support, then your company gets revenue from its product/service/whatever. In that case you'll invest much more time and money to keep your customer happy. It's quite a different situation.

Edit: I also somehow hoped you'll report my post so it'll get deleted, proving that support actually works.
Why would I report your post?? There was nothing wrong with it.

Good joke. I'm almost laughing.
Like everywhere, the tech support depends on the revenue the business gets because of you. How much revenue did "crypto" get from you? Did you compare with the customer service of "the internet"?
Never mind. Keep staying as cryptic as you started and wait for help, I am 100% sure you will get it in no time.

And this is exactly why nothing will improve. Keep blaming others while providing a poor service. Good business model. I work in tech support and I can categorically tell you that you are talking out of your bottom. Tech support depends on the 'culture' of the organization. It's got nothing to do with revenue.

If a tech organization adopts your model of "We're only as good as the profit we generate" then you get mediocrity at all levels. I know small companies that value their reputation and provide a good service with regular updates, and I also know massive companies who leave their customers in the crap because they're too busy 'maximising profit'. But, of course, those useless companies eventually get very bad reputations.

I'll stay cryptic. You stay "service-minded".

So there's time for big red signs being posted all over legit threads where devs have had their accounts hacked, but still no plans to even consider returning the hacked accounts.
It gets better and better.

It's good that you know what you are talking about. No need others know that. Everybody has the right to live in its own world.

Are you talking about BitcoinTalk?

Hacked accounts are constantly being recovered. This is the new recovery procedure:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hackedlost-accounts-5089777

Check the seclog page: https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php

Every time you see “manual recovery, previously-queued ownership change completed”, it’s an account being recovered.
