Why not? Comparison is a good tool, especially if we talk about some projects creating their own blockchains (like QuarkChain, Sparkster, Hycon, etc.) It's ok to give some numbers like TPS / transaction speed of your blockchain and BTC's for people to understand your advantages.

what makes their token valuable, the details of it if its a utility token. if you are to introduce your project, not all of the people will go into your website and check, so maybe adding who are the people behind it including the advisors.

include what are the plans of the team to make the price go up and what are they going to do to make their project help the adoption of crypto.

The main "component" is use cases. Explainer video is the right place to talk to your audience without any technical terms. Leave them in a Whitepaper.
Classic scenario for explainers which goes "customer's pain point - your solution" is perfect for crypto projects as well.
