I'm not sure, but based on what it looks like, it is a delta.app app on the Apple iPhone version?
Look at this image below. When I install it on the Android, it shows similar metrics.
The only problem is that you can only see these metrics if you subscribe to a pro version; you can't get these extra metrics on the free version, but they have a pro trial version.

Here's the image:

The image provided by the OP might be the old version, and it is set to a light theme.

I think the closest contender is the Delta Investment tracker app (delta.app). I am using the basic version, but the pro version does have other metrics such as unit cost basis, total cost basis, Unrealized gain, realized gain etc as shown in the screenshot

The app got acquired by eToro sometime back. I hope they don't mess it up like FTX messed up Blockfolio.

That is my guess also; I have been using their free version for years now as it is so easy in use and it gives you a nice overview but the pro version will give you all the metrics as displayed in the screenshot. Cost is about 100$ per year or 14$/month. The free version is good enough but if you want detailed insights in your portfolio you could give the pro version a shot.

Not familiar with this tracking app, and I see this story is old but you are asking now?

The most common to use portfolio trackers are more on Coingecko and CoinMarketCap only these 2 applications are often used.

But this is a little difficult to recognize the application.

It looks like an app for an exchange or some sort of exchange.
-snip-

That's what I thought at first as well, but as you can see on the top it says "Ledger 2 - Crypto" so it's probably a tracking portfolio app that allows people to link their ledger hardware devices, or maybe simply import an xPub.

There are plenty of portfolio tracking apps available online, but honestly, I don’t recognize that one. It looks more like a Facebook story, something shared as a "My Day." You might want to reach out directly to the Facebook user who uploaded it and ask them about the app they’re using. That’s probably your best bet!

It looks like an app for an exchange or some sort of exchange. Or the person you have seen that has modified their font on their font, and it looks different when it comes to checking his portfolio or something. I believe more screenshots would help, just like OmegaStarScream said.

Any idea what tracking app this is?
Would like to use it but can’t find it

I tried to use "Google Lens" to search using the image, but didn't really find anything that looks the same.

Can you get us more screenshots? I can see that you've taken a screenshot from someone's instagram story. That could help us find the app for you.

Alternatively, if you're just looking for a portfolio tracker there are plenty (both free and paid): CoinTracker, The Crypto App, Delta.app, CoinStats, etc.

I do not know what app it is but I noticed that you can have portfolio on Coingecko or Coinmarketcap and use it to track selected coins. I mean to track the coins that you selected. You can also use it for price alert.

I am still wondering why some people does that. I prefer to import master public key instead for the tracking. But people are different. Not bad either.
