I consider winning as an uneasy task to do and it happens onna rare occasions to win big so i should be able to adequately properly plan for what I will engage my winnings for when it comes a reality as expected, below are my plans on how and what to do or buy with it.

1. I will first go into buying of landed properties and buy as many as possible on different locations, because land is a fix asset of nature

2. I will build some houses from it, one for me and my family to live and others for renting out for business purposes

3. I will also go into real estate business, receiving contract to building for government and private individuals.

4. I will buy gold and have it for an asset and keep it for a long time

5. I will invest on bitcoin and buy to hodl for a long time, keep it a secret within myself and secured it.

I wouldn't do like others to return the whole money back to where it comes, rather i will be playing gamble ocassionally in other to be able to face my investment and maintain them.

First is to invest the prize into something which would generate stable income, maybe apartments or condo units, or maybe loaning business (contract-based). Second is to secure an amount which will be saved for emergency purposes. Third is to buy some of the things I dreamed of such as my own house. Fourth, maybe help those who are in need thru creating a fundraising foundation and my last one would be related to this but aims to help and provide shelters for animals. I'd definitely do these things if the amount is really that huge. If you would observe I did not include using an amount to again gamble because knowing myself, I'd quit instantly, 'coz it would be risky to again push my luck.

The goal is surely not to comeback with your 'lowest'. I beleive people who experienced downfalls are the ones who are smarter during up times because they've learned from their mistakes and it would be foolish to repeat your wrong doings and regret it afterwards.

I am actually reading others' plan even if this is just hypothetical, simply because I am amazed of how others think especially when it is about money. For sure not all of our plans will be done as accurate as it suppose to be because there are other factors which may affect our actions. Some would be blinded by money, vices, or the idea of being "rich" in its broadest sense. That's won't be surprising, 'coz it is something innate to us especially if you were deprived of it.

The 5 things that I will definitely do if I win a huge amount from gambling is;

• pay off my debt to the bank
• open savings for my 2 children's future education
• gave holiday tickets to Bali for my parents and also my in-laws
• bought a new laptop and smartphone (because the one I'm using is outdated)
• set aside some for gambling capital again

although at this time the online sales of women's equipment that I am currently working on are experiencing a decline, but to develop it to be bigger, I will not do it in the near future, I still have many targets to complete, I will prioritize the 5 things above.

It seems that I have to distinguish gambling winnings from other money, I don't want to complain to each other, of course, but there are considerations of course.
For example:
• So far I have bet in crypto gambling online, using special money, meaning that I use a lot of illegal money, for that if I win big there are some things I have to do with that money.

2. I use the money for shopping, what do I want.
3. Of course I will bet again with that money.
4. I donate some of the money to people in need.
5. Maybe I did the money to buy antiques for collection.

Those are the five elements that I want to do if I win in gambling bets on a large scale.

For me, huge is like winning the lottery, so these are the things that I will do when I won a huge amount of money, I will focus on my retirement so the first thing is I will buy a farm so I can plant different vegetables and set up a piggery, second is I will build a house in my farm, third is buy a truck so I can carry my harvest to the market, fourth is invest in Cryptocurrency for residual income and fifth is save money for my children, you should not stop making money after you make money, because there is no guaranty the pandemic teach us a big lesson in saving.

Property investment is one area that is getting attention because it is more secured and always appreciate over the years. This is the business that after some years of investment, you have better profit, it doesn't depreciate. I will invest in th area and buying bitcoin if I have big wins. Bitcoin is considered cheap now so it is good to have some for the future.

There is no kind of business that you go into that you may not be bankrupt if not properly managed. I have seen many wealthy people that have crashed and now beg for daily meal just because of bad money management. Wealth is like waves of the ocean, if it moves to your direction, you use it judiciously. Having an insurance to your property and investment is a way to secure what you have invested in.

So how big is big money? Since I am not a big bettor nowadays, there's a slim chance of me winning a big amount of money unless it's a lottery something which is so rare to happen too. But if ever I win a big amount then I will prioritize these 5 things.

1. Allocate a part of the money for my continuous gambling activities.
2. Invest in some of the winnings in Bitcoin and other potential cryptocurrencies.
3. Save some of it into my bank account.
4. Go shopping for necessities and some want kinds of stuff.
5. Allocate some part of it for charity.

At first I would take a break for about one week to think of proper investment to put my resources then after which I write them down, writing down depends on the kind of amount I won so let's say is $100k
First to acquire a building Worth 50k or build then include rentage were I could rent some appartment after  finished building the house ( this will generate additional income for me as well I won't be paying rent again)
2. Open a business for my mother
3. Give to charity
4. Buying bitcoin and few altcoin
5. Open a business for myself as well

First of all, the opportunity to get a large amount of profit in gambling must of course be commensurate with the initial capital at stake. second, only a few people get lucky like that, by getting a very fantastic number of wins. even then, in what kind of game is about, it seems, the most likely of a lottery prize.

but well, let's just say I got that luck, the only thing that is more valuable than a car or starting a business with big money won from the gambling table. in the current global economic situation, I would simply choose to withdraw it and keep it in a hardware wallet as an investment. the chance of getting a profit is higher than cashing it out just to buy a luxury item or a luxury car. it makes more sense to me personally.

no need five things i would do, if i got the chance to get big luck. just make a withdrawal, then store the BTC I get in the hardware wallet. the current situation, when the price of BTC fell by more than half. my logic says, the opportunity to invest in BTC is more worth it and the best option than spending it only on cars and luxury goods.

  -10k$ worth here in our country is a big amount, I can buy a secondhand car here, and I can build a micro business and a motorcycle. It seems that an ordinary employee in our country will have to work for 4-5 years before generating such an amount.

And of course the amount of 2k$ out of the 10k$, I will allocate to stakes or farming here in cryptocurrency so that somehow there are sure savings that at any time I can take it out when the time comes when it is really necessary to take it out. This is the approach I would probably take if I had even 10k$.

I would probably distribute this money and invest in equal parts in order to receive a stable income. I would not buy house, I would continue to rent, but only in the best area. Perhaps I would change the car, although I am not very picky about this. Most likely, I would move to live in another country, where it is warm most of the year. If finances would allow me, I would like to help volunteer organizations, perhaps those who provide assistance to orphanages.

The amount of money I won will determine the line of action I will take. But firstly, I will start by helping the poor people around me, those that need shelter and food. Secondly, invest in bitcoin for future purposes. Thirdly, will buy landed properties, and settle each of my family members. The rest of the money remaining, I will use to go into the oil and gas business. After doing all this, I will never go broke ever again in life

You said 5 things but you only gave out 2 in your example but anyway, I think the 5 things that I will do if ever I win huge in gambling is that; 1) I will buy the things that I always dreamed of. 2) I will open a saving account in the bank aside from storing most of the money in a hardware wallet and online wallet. 3) Is I will share some money to the people that I know. 4) I will open up a business and lastly 5) Would be, playing gambling again on that same casino where I win big.

It's not that I am greedy and looking for more wins but I always do this whenever I win big or small amounts. I am only returning the favor to them. This acts as a support.

Look for various investments. If I didn't know jack about finance I'd probably squander my money away buying dumb stuff but since I managed to get a bit educated on that part, I'm more on trying to figure out proper ways of investment. I'd also properly settle stuff I need for my retirement even at an early age, I'd rather stay away from leaving it sitting still in my bank account doing nothing. I won't deny that I'd splurge a part of it though, just that majority of it would be for my future retirement, plus some separate funds for donations possibly.

I don't need to have 5 things because my priority is  investing , meaning of happen to see this coming ? I will Purchase as much bitcoin that i can .

Well, I do hope it can really happen in reality and not just a what if. Anyway if ever it happened, these are the things that I will do.
1. Buy a house and lot for my family.
2. Invest in real estate, gold and crypto. This is to secure the future and will work as my retirement plan.

I don't want to overuse the winning money. Maybe I'll use it to buy a house first because that could cost half or even more of the winning amount. After that, I will first calculate how much money is left, and if there is still a quarter of it, I will divide it again into several parts, such as saving in the form of savings, gold, and even crypto. I will also prepare some of the funds to back up daily expenses. For others, I may invite my friends to open a new business and try to work with them.

If I were to win a bunch of money by gambling I could easily find more than five different things to do with my money lol.  But the main things that I would focus are on number 1 : investing.  I'm a financial advisor and I know how to invest, and I'd sock a lot of it away in many diverse investments.  Depending on how much money I won, if it's was a shit ton, I'd also become a venture capitalist as well as open an animal sanctuary.  Doing that is my biggest dream of all.

Winning big amount of fund should not be for buying cars and eating good food or buying clothes. What is import is to invest the fund in a business that will keep bringing returns since the world is in a big recession and things will continue becoming hard for everyone and if we don't invest, we might end up becoming a victim of circumstances going backing to the level that will really tell on us.

We are always having an opportunity to be a better person but we can only be come a better person when we thing and try much to settle our problems and stay focus not allowing poor mindset demoralize us.

In my case I will do the following:

1 - I would buy a house (preferably a house that was not too expensive, something cheap but beautiful and newly built)

2 - I would buy a car, also the car would be something cheap and preferably not consuming too much fuel

3 - I would buy land to raise animals and do agriculture, plant corn, peanuts, and many other things

4 - I would invest in some companies with good growth potential

5 - I would open a transport company

Five things I will do? Plain and simple. Invest, invest, invest, invest and buy. Winning a large sum of money, just enough that I wouldn't have to worry about my basic needs anymore will allow me to invest in more ventures than I could possibly do with the current money I have. So I'd take this opportunity to invest most of it in assets with high potentials for growth! Additionally, I'd save a significant portion of it as well to serve as my emergency funds, because you wouldn't know when the next recession's coming. Ultimately, I would treat myself to some fine things. Part of the fun of having a lot of money is finally being able to afford the things you would normally just wish you could buy, so I'd buy. I could help a couple people get back up their feet and jumpstart the successes of their lives, but that's not really as big a priority as the ones I have stated above.

I can't say what I will do with the money until when I win big,sometimes what we say we would do when we are expecting money turns out to be the opposite. It depends on how big the money is,

1. I will setup a business
2. I will give some of the money to charity.
3. I will build a church for God.
4. I will build a house for my family.

since I am a casual gambler it is unlikely I would get that "huge amount of money" from online casinos, so the only way I'd win a lot of money is from the lottery(which I still play). anyway, I would definitely treat myself, pay the remaining balance on my house so I would finally own it and if there is still left on the money I won, I would invest a portion of it on bitcoin and save the rest. I would also love to start my own business.

If ever I'll win a big amount from a bet, I will allocate the winning prize appropriately so that I won't regret in the end.

I'll probably allocate the 75% of it in investments. The remaining 25% will become emergency fund and savings. Of course, before doing so, I will research profitable investment that I can put my money to in order to profit. The first thing I will consider is buying a lot and building an apartment I can let people rent. That way, I'll generate profit passively. Next would be building my dream business. Since It is by luck and being blessed is something not entirely my own doing, I'd be glad to share it to those who are in need.

5 things? I think I have less things to do for this case, they are:
1. Keep it in my saving/bank account for future purpose
2. Spend it some to build a business or to improve current business
3. Spend some to travel to other countries with my family

I do not choose to buy a car or house because I consider it as a secondary needs. On other side, I have them already so there is no need for me to buy new car or new house.

If the HUGE in question can really change lives, it will focus more on investing in Bitcoin, Property, Stocks and others that can provide good returns for at least the next 5 years.
However, players with small bets will find it difficult to get them except in the lottery or parlay bets with a very large number of matches selected, because how much the amount that can be won will depend on the number of bets when playing casino games.

Buy myself computer parts like cpu/gpu
gift my mum some kitchen appliances she always need (I lately bought tv, ipad, fridge and xiaomi mop thing for her)
I would leave some money to keep gambling as all do. Gambling is not always about winning, its about experience that we get. In other words, even if you are millionaire through gambling, nothing will be able to stop you from playing. Maybe only except your wife or mum. Hahah.

Invest in properties.
The common need of a person or a starting family will be a roof above them. I have seen it here in our place, the sudden rise in property prices in just a year. Range of $2000 - $3000 per year and that depends on how fast the number of people who lives in and the faster the establishments are built.

But I doubt I will win that big in gambling, I don't really go for high-risk, high-profits kind of games. I am stuck with being in the safe zone but I do enjoy it.

I'd actually do three: donate it, invest it and spend it.

If we were talking about $1M, I would donate at least $100k, invest most of it, like $750k probably split between RE, stock market and Bitcoin, and the rest I would just splurge. As my net worth grows, I expect to donate more and invest less, so if the big win were a few years from now, the ratios would probably change in that sense.

You do not really tell us how big is the amount of money we are talking about, but if it is something like one million dollars probably the very first thing I would do is to buy several houses and then begin to rent them, that way I will always have a source of income and as real estate follows inflation then I know my investment will do fine during the next years.

After that most likely I will invest the rest of the money in bitcoin and I will probably only spend 1% of that money on stuff that I want, so I am probably on the boring side when it comes to deciding what to do with that money but that is just the way I am.

It depends on what that "huge" amount of money will be. It depends on the "life-changing" amount of money that would be crucial to start anything from scratch. If I do win, it's probably going to be something that I could earn and benefit from and not just waste all of it on something that isn't going to give back.

You know, it's fun to think about it, and this is why people want to gamble and continue to gamble because of this. This is the fuel for them, hoping it would happen sometime.

If I can really win a large amount of money, maybe I will start a new business but it must be calculated properly.
But what I really have to pay attention to is I have to save money for my future because it must be a very large amount.
I didn't think much about buying a car because it was too expensive for me so I was more concerned with saving money and opening a new business that could help me to make more money.
And if we are married, the family must be a priority first and then business.

Business should be the priority. Not all the times we can expect a big win that's why we need to use the money wisely.

Have good financial management or if we can't try to be like that, hire a good advisor on how to spend the money.

It's really good to think of how we will used the money but I hope we will reach that point soon.

Depends on how huge is that, if it's a few thousands, I think that I'll just reinvest that in bitcoin and hold all of it.

But if it's hundred thousands of bucks then I'll do almost everything. I'll reinvest, put up a business and will make some purchase for my wants like a car.

Almost everything that I can buy but I wouldn't be a one day millionaire and I want it to be a self generating money as a capital so that it won't be gone too quick.

I'm not the type of gambler that will do advanced thinking of how will I use the huge money if ever I will win it. It will just create an expectation every time you gamble and in case of a failed win, that will just be a dream.

Stop with that nonsense dream but instead, hope for the best that you will win big someday. How to use that huge money can be think later on.

How huge? I mean if it’s too huge, I may end up just retiring and sleeping at noon every day? Is that possible, are we talking about that much money? At the end of the day, having too large of a money is something that could give you even more money later on, I would still invest it wisely, put like a good chunk of it on bitcoin, some of it on gold, and some of it on stocks and interest on bank.

I cannot really understand why people are not picking that even more often. Starting a business is something I already want to do, I have some ideas, I want to make them reality, and I want to own a business, a website in the crypto world, but I think I am not ready yet, I just don't have the time to run it.

First and foremost, what i will do will have to depend on the amount of money won since "Huge amount" per say mean different amount for different forks depending on their individual current financial situations or circumstances, for example, a $1000 might be a lot money for some one who has never touched $500 before whereas the same $1000 will be a very tiny amount of money for someone who have been counting in tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars, so for me personally, i would consider $50,000 upwards as a huge amount of money.

Here are five things i would do first if i won $50,000 upwards..
1. Reserve 5 to 10 percent of that amount for my continual gambling activities.
2. Pay tithe to God who made the winning possible for me.
3. Start a good business.
4. Buy at least an hectare of land property or more for a future business.
5. Move out of rented apartment to my home, as well as keep investing in Bitcoin and other good crypto projects, and also invest more in real estate.

Buying a car and living a lavish life will be the last thing on my mind, since ive lived such live before and i already know there is absolutely no gain in it.

Well, you only get to win huge amount of money of course if you also bet a large amount, otherwise you will only see small winnings if you are just a small wager. But to be honest, if I win big, these will be my target:

Depending on the amount that I win that will determine what am going to do with the money, if I can hit it hard then I will know things to do with the money, am having lot's of things on my head so it's my win that will determine if the amount will be enough to take care of all my plans, but if it can't then I will just take care of the necessary things. Firstly I will get a business to establish, which I believe I will always get constant source of income, I will get a car for myself which will make mobility easy for me because of my business, I will take care of my family and friends maybe I will have percentage which I will allocate for them and I will pay of the necessary bills.

If I win big my focus would be on meeting my basic needs. I would have to get a house of my own because rent is consuming most of my income. The next step would be on how to invest the other funds. And the investment would depend on the amount of funds I have left. If the money is huge, I might invest in real estate by buying more land and building commercial residential houses.

I might also consider buying more bitcoins, depending on the funds available. I have some family members that need financial assistance, I would ensure they start up businesses of their choice.
My immediate community also needs water, drilling a borehole and buying a power generator to power it would not be a bad idea. I have been part of an NGO that assists prison inmates, financing some welfare programs with my wins would also be nice.

I got only one major thing to do if I win a huge amount of money, being a single person I still give all my earnings to my parents, so definitely that would be the major thing I will do.  Though I remember doing another thing when I won a huge amount from a dice jackpot, and that is buying a 3 bedroom 2 TBA townhouse but that was one time only so I left with just one option of giving my winnings to my parents.

The first thing I will do if I win real big is to take care of every wish I have to solve with cash. Getting a new car will be a thing. Investing more in bitcoin and then offline too will be good. Maybe take up a building project and go into real estate, take up sponsorship of poor brilliant students. Whatever I do, investing the cash will be a priority for me so it can bring in more money because millions not invested is a waste.

If I ever win a huge amount while gambling such as the jackpot, my plan on what I'll be spending will depend on the amount that I'll be winning. However, the first that I'll do is treat myself such as buying the things that I've always wanted to buy and investing almost a quarter of it in either a business or crypto trading.

If by chance I win a million jackpots then I would be buying things such as car, properties, and other investments. I'll be leaning on investing my winnings on properties and crypto. But still, I will continue on gambling and try to gamble higher than I used to but not too much that I'll get broke if ever I lose.

I may not won as I'm not into gambling big amount too but if I profit through trading, nothing I can think more than trade and invest again.

It needs planing if you wanted to do something out of the big amount you won. You wouldn't want it go waste when you buy a property while the housing market as of now is crashing. Who knows when it will end.  Since the war and recession is likely to come, I'd probably just store more food and some survival equipment.

That's so unrealistic to happen to me and still so many people think and dream about it. Of course I have thought about it extensively myself and made a plan. It's not really about 5 things I would buy, rather a few steps to take. Step 1 would be of course to cash out, no need to risk a huge win to go for an even bigger win. Step 2 would be to pay off all my debts, and give some money to my parents as they struggling right now with the rising living costs. Step 3 would be investing, rather than buy something big like a new car I would invest it and wait a few years to treat myself. My main investment would be crypto currencies and buying a house to rent out. Only then with the monthly rental income I would buy things for myself.

This is the thing, each of us has a different understanding of the term "huge number". I wouldn't call 10k huge. It's a decent money if you want to buy groceries but not enough to buy a decent used car, not to mention a new one. I wouldn't say no to 10k but It wouldn't take my breath away either.

If I had 10k, I'd just waste it on things that I need on daily basis. If I had a huge amount like 100k or more, I'd do some investing and buy more bitcoin.

Huge amount is relative my friend. You have to give a specific number of money for the contribution to be around that estimate. You make it open and it will not give a good level to judge what people saying if they can use the money very well. You can make this thread more intelligent if you put such price money. Me I will invest with money I win if I get up to money to buy land(s).... You see why you need to add the amount

the first thing that i would do is to buy a boat and start living on it like a sea nomad. get food from the sea and cook on my boat.
i will figure out the 2nd thing that i would do from there like. buy a beach front house or find a new woman to be with.

i'd still be investing BTC though so maybe that's all that i would do for the rest of my life. so much to do with a huge amount of money but we can spend it in just a month in buying things we don't even need like a luxury car.

I'll definitely buy things that will make me secure all my life, like a house and lot on my own farm so I can be sustainable and of course invest in Cryptocurrency, stocks, and established businesses in our country, we all want to be secure our whole life I will avoid luxury items that I do not need, winning a huge amount is a once in a lifetime experience so you have to make the most of it.

If I win a large amount of money, what I do is.
1. I will definitely use it mostly for crypto investments and prioritize bitcoin for the long term.
2.I will buy land to be used as boarding houses and shop houses for rent.
3. I will buy a house for me and my parents to live with and its contents.
4. I will use it for a business that I understand and can also manage well.
5. I will distribute 2.5% of the total money I have at the beginning to those in need.

Well, seeing as you are asking this kind of question in a forum dedicated to users who invest in cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, because they know them to be the future, I would say most of people here would invest a large portion of their winnings into crypto. At least, that is exactly what I would do. And since I gamble with crypto in the first place, I would not even have to do anything other than hodl in order to achieve that.

A part would go to my family. I would buy them everything they need, obviously. I mean whats the point in having money if you don't spend some of it to improve the lives of the people you love?

Give to Charity

Invest more in bitcoins (It is currently my wish that I can get money that I get money to buy some more bitcoins now so i can be among the happy people when the prices start going up).

I will invest in real estate and buy a land.

Pay to Learn another skill.

Spend the rest on things I need, like new clothes, jewelries, a new car etc.

Since we are moving on the bull trend I will do these five things, first buy Bitcoin, second buy Ethereum, third buy Binance fourth buy XRP, and the fifth one starts my buy and sell business, it's all about business and residual income so in the future I don't have to worry about my financial condition, things are hard now that spending on luxury should take a back seat and one should consider investing.

Hitting it big all depends on how much money one wins.
If I get to hit over $10,000 to $20,000, then that will go a long way to adjusting some aspect of my life.
Stating this gs expected to do with the money is another great task as well as will only plan why God disposes
But there are some things I would love to do which is simply investing in Bitcoin and investing in landed properties, these are investments I've found worthy to put huge money into them.
Starting a business isn't an easy one and so maintaining the business is another great task too, as inflation and banks constantly increasing taxes as directed by government is a huge setback to businesses in my country as locality.

I will do the following:
1. Save half of the total amount.
2. Invest in other things
3. Trying to start a new business
4. Buying things I need, including a house or land.
5. Give the money to my family.

But that's all on the condition that if I win a large amount of money, that can fulfil all five of these things. If not, maybe I'll pick 1, 2, 4 and 5.

I will answer when I hit big  ,but yeah my dream is to win big in the beginning,of course when we win a lot of money as they say "money makes you look smarter,prettier,bolder and everything better than without money".

I try to build this dream every week but so far I have always failed miserably and most likely I will continue to do so for some time to come,winning huge is something that happens extremely rarely and usually not to people who are asking for it but to lucky ones.

Possibly will go with this

1. Investments maybe stock or other more related
2. Business maybe car rental or any related to car industry.
3. Donation to church
4. Give money to parents.
5. A house

Any other than that is not so important so I for sure the money I won will split into that but also I want to write 6. Which is I make sure to have maybe 1% of the money to gamble again maybe aim to have fun and not for another attempt to win a huge amount again. Because if we aim it badly maybe we might lose all we currently have for hoping a rare situation to come.

Starting a business is not easy these days. Central banks are constantly raising interest rates. That's why money circulation is so difficult. Even big companies are laying off their workers. In fact, prominent economists talk about the risk of recession every day. If I make a lot of money, I will not start a business. It is very difficult to be a business owner under these risks. Instead of starting a business, I put my money in the bank and get interest income. When my money stays in the bank, there is a possibility that my money will lose value in the face of inflation. But when I start a business, I am likely to experience greater losses. I think banks or cryptocurrencies are safer than starting a business.

$10000 is huge to me and from that, I will be able to start a business grocery business it needs a big capital, to build a house, buy a motorcycle and buy more Bitcoin and save what is left so from all these things I need not worry I can go on playing without thinking about the money that I gonna spend and lose, as my needs are covered by the business I'm setting up.
