1 team and project (is the team must be strong and productive )
2 Marketing (is marketing team is working hard to influence the market in thee favor , or bring the market influencer with them )
3 Project roadmap and token marit ( if the roadmap is like 2 year long then investors hesitate to invest in project , and token marit should be in favor of project so no quick dump will effect the project)

If these are people who have proven themselves in their business and in the crypto industry positively and successfully, then I look at the idea that they offer and if everyone likes it, then I invest.

There are lots of factors to be considered for a good ICO.
- Business Plan - It's all about the project aims, goals and how the team will run the business
- Blockchain, Token Utility and Crowdsale Structure- Which blockchain they are running the business. How they run crowdsales before he the launched.
- Team Behind - it's important to know if the people behind the project can keep the business going after the launch. There should be a person/s on the team that knows and expert on the business.
- ICO Listing Sites and- it's the effort of the project to be listed on a listing sites and how the people will support it to make it on list.
- Github repository (Code)- it's not that important because not most of the investors can understand it.
So you should provide those details to investors to persuade them to invest on you ICO.

Very useful details. All the factors that you mentioned are important in this scenario, but are forgetting one of the most important factors which is the whitepaper. This is something that many people tend to ignore, but is critical to the success of an ICO. The whitepaper needs to be thoroughly researched and analyzed before looking at other factors. Roadmap and other details like social media interactions by the development team also matter in this aspect.
First of all, they look at the transparent team, the road map, look at what is done and what they want to do, communicate and ask questions to the team and then start thinking about investing or not
Most of the investors are always looking at the teams and advisory body! For me I looked at the people behind a project as this will determine if it will succeed or not. No matter how loafty and good the idea behind a projects was I think if it falls in the hand of scammers you will still loose money if you invest in them.

I think they are looking at the potential of the project if the project has the potential to give them profit they will invest. They also look at the feasibility of the idea in practical because there are a lot of projects which fail at the implementation stages. Team is another thing they look before investing in a project.
They looking for unique project of an ICO, the team with an advisor, the roadmap and also the whitepaper they really want to read before they invest in ICO.
There are many, many here, and new projects are released every day, just in the declaration section. Where can you pick projects and teams that you think are good, consult in detail, and make final decisions.

the most important thing is the project should has good prospects in the future. besides, the ico must also have a team that can be trusted and have a good performance. it would be better if a project also offers an interesting bonus. certainly, it's all must be accompanied by an interesting promotion in order that the project is better known to investors.
looking for investors in ICO are of course results. with great results so successful then the ICO will certainly make investors feel satisfied with what they get. Besides of course a nice concept should also be available because if you don't have a good concept especially for future investors will not want to support what else invest in it.
Well, I could share to you what, me, as an investor want. The first one we seek in a project is its white paper because detailed information are written in there. If people are satisfied enough with your whitepaper's content, they will consider it. People want to see what the project can do, who's the team behind it, what's the company's name, some background history, and such. Because let me ask you a question, who wants some tokens that have an unknown company making some projects asking for money? No one. Next is probably how the team communicate to the community. I mean, we want some activities happening, the things the project had done, some positive news, how they handle their marketing, and some assurance (But this part depends on the perspective of a person). Investing is not easy, people consider a lot of things before they invest.
As an investor I always like to follow an ICO which is showing good fund raiser. I mean if the ICO is having strong funds then only it can get developed in proper ways and rest of the people will follow as well. However, its not the case always that if ICO has raised enough and then they have made it successfully until the end. If ICO company is legit one then only this can happen. So very first point to note down is to have at most legitimacy and without any doubt it should provide proofs of their legitimacy. Otherwise everything can go in vain.

in looking for ico's, why do we need stellar whitepapers? i understand that whitepaper is the general idea of a certain coin or token and its viable use cases. Why are we interested in these ico's by the way? are we in it for the money or are we here in it to support it and hope that this certain coin or token can be used to help find a solutions to a big problem. If we are here for the money, then i think that they should also present a viable business paper so we as investors are informed on how they intend to spend our money with them.

So investors just want one thing, and that is returns. They do not give a damn to any other stuff. They only look out for those coins who have potential to grow a lot in future and perhaps give them 2-4x returns.
So if there is any coin that satisfies this criteria, they happily invest in it and their investments aren't a few hundred dollars, they can go up to thousands and millions of dollars.
So a coin definitely has to show its worth if an investor has to consider it.
There are a lot of things that investors are looking for ICOs. The team should reveal their true identity and not faking it because faking it makes people think that it is only a scam project. It should also have a unique purpose and not just a copy of previous projects but if it is similar to other projects it should provide better service or development to compete with others. And of course it should have a good and straight to the point presentation. I mean the road map and whitepaper should be clear because with poor writing will also makes investors to not consider investing in your project.
Of course the goal is to find the appropriate token and can bring many advantages. Because the primary purpose of the investment is of course to make a profit. then we recommend that you choose a project that is really nice, and have a future.

Well, first of all we seek an ICO which is 100% legit one and who doesn’t turn its back on us when it enters into market. Yes we are looking for your legitimacy if you really going to launch an ICO someday.
You guys should have proper telegram team who will keep in touch with the group preoperly and should answer every question with full confidence.
I have seen team members giving answers out of thin air and confusing members.
If I’m going to invest in you then you should understand that it’s my hard money which you guys are playing with and I do expect exchanger listing of same coin as early as possible. :-)
Firstly, it's important to be honest and transparent, know your product for how long you will do it well and know. Investors are not fools, they are the main long-term perspective where they can make good money, a transparent project in which they will have no doubts to invest their capital.

As an investor some of the most important criteria I use to judge an ICO is:
(1) The quality of the team behind the project - I want to see people with proven skills to advance the project and I want to be able to verify their information from reliable third party sources.
(2) A business worthy of tokenisation - I look for companies whose business idea is directly relevant to the blockchain and reject companies when the only reason for issuing tokens is their inability to raise funds another way.
(3) MVP - I want to see a minimum viable product, I think it is important to see the team have invested a little sweat equity before they start asking for money.

Investors are the life of ICOs, without investors they won't be here for long and projects will be hopeless. First thing I thought what are investors should consider in joining any ICOs is of course the Return of their investment, but what to really look for so that there investment is sure to be in good hands. There must have clear presentation or details of the project, the roadmap and the white paper. The team should be real people and not robot. Is the team highly competent of handling the project? Hope you will not scam the forum members with getting ideas from us here bro. I use to check the ICO project's white paper and project development first if I am looking to join in the airdrop or investing on the ICO.
Then we need to check the social media accounts whether is new scam account and true one dedicated for the project. Mostly scam ICO get caught by checking their LinkedIn accounts.

We are done already on too good to be true projects which do propose unrealistic projects with near impossible goals to be done. For quality ICOs whats important is technology, team with solid track record (this might be more important than anything else) and understanding of the actual need, meaning what problem is being solved with this new approach. Presentation is very important too. Has to be easy to follow, clean and transparent. Something very big and convoluted presentations make it look like project is full of hot air, nothing more.
For me theres a lot of aspect to see and check when it comes to investing in any ICO this time. First you need to offer a good and reliable project. You should have a real and working project to offer to your investor as an assurance that it will last for long term. UNIQUENESS and REAL LIFE USAGE/INNOVATION! Sorry for the Caps but this is actually what we are looking for or on most investors in this market. We are done already on too good to be true projects which do propose unrealistic projects with near impossible goals to be done. Only few look at what the project is actually going to solve or if the project will be in business for long term, if the project have an attainable goal or What competition is the project going to face and how it plans to be at the top.
What everybody want is hyped project that will bring in quick returns and move on.
Project that have a lot of marketing and advertising.

a) Transparency of the people behind the team.
b) Large community (so find a way to achieved this)
c) Continous and active marketing at any means. In this way investors will see that project owners are eager to market the project.
d) What is the project all about. (It varies)
Well then goodluck. These are just the common ones. You will have to do some deep research to search for more.
Those days most investors are just following the hype and FOMO on ICO hoping for better returns. But the game have changed and investors are now wiser. No one wants to lose money so they look out for potential projects with a clear road man. Team is very important and no one's wants to go and invest on people with nk prior experience in blockchain industry.

1. populist potential for a ponzi scheme
2. true and determined long term project that has already lots of support.
3. Team capapble of developing it.
A succinct communication of your project idea this can be done through stellar whitepapers, pitch decks, infographics. The team is an important element in aiding investor confidence especially what these members have been engaged with in the past and their involvement. I also think genuine investors sharing in the blockchain technology objective look for key features of the blockchain used such as is it public, permissionless, censorship resistant and borderless etc among others including the utility role of the project key to influence token price. Throw in as well regulation and legal framework issues around your project.
