Thank you for that. so If I dont have 2 hdmi ports on it I  need t monitors or tvs? What about VGA? are there adaptors?

I use http://www.ebay.com/itm/232295788667?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT, work great.

The 1200 has PCIe- 6x 8pin (6+2), 2x 6pin
Would this work? If im using 6 GPUs wouldnt I need one more 6+2 connector? Is there possibly some sort of extension I could get?

6 x 8 pin is enough, you need 6 x 8 pin for 6 gpu that are 1070 or 480/470 readon, if you don't buy gtx 1080 or big gpu you don't need 6+8 pcie express, but if for soe reason you don't have enough, you can use the molex that come with the gpu, they bundle that for a reason

Either one of those option should be fine if you have enough PCIE connectors. If you do go with 2 PSUs I'd recommend one of these adapters to make it allot simpler/easier/better --- http://www.add2psu.com/ --- you can also buy them on amazon or newegg.

I have 20Amp I should be fine. What should I do for my PSU?

For a 7x GPU RX 470 4GB

Can I use 1 platinum rated 1200 WATT psu
OR
2 Gold rated 750 Watt PSU?

What would be better? Im think the 2 PSU more wattage and more connectors. I hear there are issues with that though.

How does this look?

Will this be too much wattage for a 120v outlet? If so what can I do to fix it?

That depends on the amperage of that circuit and how many other things are plugged into that circuit.  In the USA typical home circuit breakers are generally 15 Amps or 20 Amps. A 15 Amp circuit can have about 1440 watts on it "safely" and a 20 Amp circuit about 1920 watts "safely".

So am I going to need 2 monitors then if I have to rigs?

You can buy a KVM switch

Should I use ethos or windows with ssds?
For ethos a 16gb SSD is fine, for windows at least 120gb or more

Can I still mod bios to max MH/S
Yes you can

Will this be too much wattage for a 120v outlet? If so what can I do to fix it?
I am not aware of that

How loud is this going to be 60-70 decibels? Is there a way to reduce noise with insulation?
It's not going to be that loud. It's just the fans.

Ethos or windows?
With ethos you may have lower power consumption

And...
If you going to go for ethereum you should get 8gb cards

No, how come? Most of the monitors have more then one port. Just connect 2 farms and use some adapters. Some boards won't start without main PCIe being plugged into Monitor.

You can use a dummy adapter but I can't link you one because I don't use any.

How does this look?

Etherium/ Nicehash Mining Rig
I plan on using the nicehash miner and to mine ehterium directly. I thought hard about GPU vs Specific x11 or lite coin miners. I decided to go with GPU for more flexibility in coin choices. These have resell value as well and longer lasting warranty. A few questions.
Will I need to get a new monitor for each of the 2 rigs with the 6 gpus?

Ethos or windows?

(X12) XFX - Hard Swap Edition AMD Radeon RX 470 RS 4 GB $2040
(X 2) ASRock ATX DDR3 1066 LGA 1150 Motherboard Z97 A (can I mod bios for max MH/s?) (pretty sure this can handle 6 gpus?) Price $200 Or Should I get DDR4 Board MSI Performance Gaming Intel Z170A Pro Carobon Price $280
(x2) 4GB cheap DDR 4 or DDR 3 Ram $40?
(x2) Intel Celeron G1840 Processor - BX80646G1840 Price $96
(x2) 6-Pack PCIe VER 006 PCI-E 16x to 1x Powered Riser Adapter Price $100
(x2) EVGA SuperNOVA Platinum 1000 WATT Price $380
Power cost: 10 cents an hour, Wattage 1,500 from this?
Total Cost: For 2 rigs= Around $3100 or so add tax and tools for case setup. So $1500 a rig not bad?

If both rigs are in the same physical location (Like my 2 rigs in the garage) Just pick up a cheap TV with 2 HDMI ports on them.  You can find them super cheap at a pawn shop they don't have to be high quality, just have 2 working hdmi ports.

I use Teamview program and just started using Minerstat over the past few days.  Seriously loving Minerstat!  Took me a while to figure out how to configure it but now that I've set up 4 rigs with it, its a breeze!  Teamviewer lets you remote in from anywhere, really nice when I'm at my real world job and can just bring up my miners on my phone or on a tablet.

I use windows 10 on all my rigs because that's what I know... If you know Lin then Ehtos may be better for you?

AMD GPU's typically have a 2-year warranty. Asus and MSI cards have a 3-year warranty. Hers are some boards you can consider:

Alright so you all suggest GPU mining. If anything goes wrong there is typically 1 yr warranty and, resale value. I like it.

Im thinking RX470 4GB will be best value. We will start this at x12. Do you guys know of 6 slot gpu mobos?

Alright So I have been researching this and I think Im finally ready. My plan is to use nicehash miner. The way I see it I have several options:

1. Multiple GPU system. Thinking 12 to start. Havnt set on the exact GPUS but looking at $200 a piece max. Wattage probably around 2000? Price, with gpus and psu and everything else $2500? My electricity is 7cents kw/h. Cons with this may take some time to set up.

2. Innosilicon A4 Dominator: Looking at 280 MH/s for a scrypt minner. Price $1600+ PSU= $1800. Cons: Outdated compared to Antminer L3+

3. Antminer L3+: 504 MH/s: Price $1370 + PSU= 1570 Whats not to like about this miner? Cheaper than A4, lower wattage.  Scrypt miner. Cons: Bitmans customer service and unreliability with the miner. Ive been hearing lots of issues with Antminer (and a backdoor inside it)

Thoughts?
Asics aren't a good option , every coin and dev.team just hate it and they all think how to keep thier coins away from asics , they don't have a good future even in the short term , even if you can reach roi with asics at the time you hit roi it will be priceless , gpu mining is the only option that have a good future , many coins to choose from and more resell price , i just sold some rxs after they hit roi with more than the price i bought them due to some internal market flactuation with usd in my country .

Do you not think we are getting to the limits of what we can achieve with current technology ASIC chips now,

I for one am hoping it should start to level out soon!!

Antminer has released a new revision of firmware to resolve the backdoor issue... for all current devices!

I would go the way of gpu mining. You can mine for years with them, even 3 or 4 years old gpus are very good for mining.
With asics you can't do that. They get absolute quickly, so you have to time it perfectly to sell them before they become paperweight.

either baikal miner or gpu mining, litecoin mining can't do much aside fom mining litecoin, and the diff is increasing very high, gpu cna mine everything with $1600 you cna build a nice ethereum rig with amd and have good profit per month,  i would choose this path yes
