And it's easy for you to change your IP.

There are a dozen different ways for PayPal gift to get chargebacked. It's not any safer (and possibly less safe, actually) than PayPal goods & services.

Guys not everything is 100% safe,even cash has fake cash.My suggestion is that OP need to find a relatively trusted guy to deal with to avoid scam/chargeback to the lowest percent.I could send you WesterUnion or wire xfer based on my previously dealed transactions,you wont get a chargeback.

solutions to what? I don't see a problem using a bitcoin atm or exchanging for cash

Its strictly stated that paypal masspay can not be reversed also the maximum fees on the senders end is $20 so can send $10,000 for $20 through paypal.

The conditions for it though require you to have actual paypal funds in your account balance and it needs to be an unlocked payment form by calling customer support. I've accepted masspay as a payment otioin for digital goods since 07 and haven't had a single case yet where I seen a paypal masspay reversal.

Yes things can go wrong and you have to be prepared for them. Meet in a very public place. Use one of those markers that detects counterfeit bills, etc. I have done hundreds of face-to-face transactions with not one issue.

Markers just detect starch content. They don't protect you from quality counterfeits.

Feel it. Look at it. The portrait should be pronounced. You should be able to feel the lines at the bottom of the portrait. Nothing should be blurry or faded.

It may be true that you were under the impression that paypal gifts cannot be reversed (they can) but how on Earth do you explain your inclusion of MasterCard in your list of safe payment methods? Credit cards are, by far, the easiest payment method to reverse. Often times all you need to do to dispute a charge is log in, find the charge and check a "dispute this charge" check box and your funds are immediately reversed.

I use payoneer MasterCard , can't seem to find that on their website so .. idk mate

I only sell for cold hard cash. It is the only form of fiat that is certain to not get reversed.

localbitcoins.com doing an in person cash for BTC deal with a highly reputable dealer is the only way to be certain.
