Maybe it's better to have friend from any Europe country and ask him to make scans (for some $) of docs for KYC to invest "for him" in any ICO?

Sether was the last one, but it is done right now since it reached it's hardcap a few days ago. I have a friend who was from the united states and he invested in this ico too. Anywa, if i am not wrong,                               Sharpee is going to accept US and China investors.
I've seen tons of great ICOs that, unfortunately, are closed to US investors. Which ones are quality ICOs that US investors can participate in?

Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I don't particularly understand the US restrictions. Imo, this regulation hurts the masses more than it helps.

I knew of SALT was allowing US investors and generally many don't allow it and that must be for KYC AML reasons I believe. However, the sig I am posting with now CrowdMachine they actually offer US investors a chance to get involved as well and they are a big time ICO because they are asking for 200m soft cap and 338m hard cap.
