I know a few companies promise returns, although they may be dodgy as they technically are securities
Something like golden fleece project - where they want to build a crypto mining centre and promised dividends to all ico participants - this sounds fully like a security so I don't think its legit.
Another company which actually does sound legit is ASSETRON ENERGY, they are in Australia and are a real registered company - they are selling their tokens, but these themselves are not securities, but give access to their platform, which allows investing into renewable energy assets (solar farms, wind generators, hydro and so on) - so this project would provide a regular return on ico investment.
Example - I would get 10 BTC worth of Tokens now in presale, once the platform is operational, my tokens will be worth a lot more than 10BTC and I can invest into a solar farm, which gives you a regular return so earn me even more money as income, they will even pay you straight in fiat, so you won't have to worry about converting your money (and better on taxes).
Question are there any other companies with this concept?maybe investing into stocks using cryptocurrency or a crypto bank with term deposit or some sort.
