It depends on the coin. Most people use a vps, virtual private server because your nodes have to be up 100% of the time. You can also use a raspberry pi, or virtualization which would need a powerful system. HEY CRYPTO FAMILY!!


I want to start a new thread regarding what are some the best specs you would recommend to have in a laptop/desktop to run masternodes. I did research online but was not able to find any answers to my questions.


What are some specs you would recommend on a new computer and why? If you're currently running one or more master nodes what specs do you currently have in your computer? are you running Windows or Mac?


For example:

8GR RAM, 1TB HDD, Core i5....... ECT.
