Try to avoid installing crypto apps, many of them could be compromised and these apps could steal your private keys. So do not store your cryptocurrencies in your mobile, please.
I personally use only Xwallet app because there are daily airdrop offers, thats all.

Well i am using coinbase, crypterium and coinmarketcap apps at the moment and these are enough for me, first two apps also act as crypto wallets for me so i can hold my coins and also they provide me different services while cmc app is just to check coin prices of almost all the coins being traded in the market.

Guys, I can advise you on a very reliable Android application that I have been using for quite some time.  This app is Binance, Kucoin, TronLink, Trust Wallet, ProximaX and Coinomi.

Blockfolio - Yes, the application is excellent. I regularly check my portfolio with it. Simple and convenient. And new coins are added quickly enough. But I would try something new.

CMC for android have the feature to manage your portfolio aswell and considering that most of the people here are always watching the coinmarketcap website it does makes sense that the portfolio that you manages there will have a reliable real time update regarding the prices.
Blockfolio is also good but it's all depends on the personal preferences of the users.

if you mean a good android app for trading or exchange in cryptocurrency, i advise you to download the binance app. because it looks interesting and easy to use than other applications (in my opinion) and very easy to make a deposit or withdraw, then most importantly very safe binary applications.

I have been in the crypto currency world for about half a year, and this is till one of my problems. I have been wanting to know what crypto currency app for Android I can use, the only app I have is for bitcoins. I want to know what apps I can use for the alternate crypto currencies, so I can easily monitor the prices of the tokens and coins I have in my wallet.

I am using Blockfolio, which I find supercool, but after reading the comments of other users here I think I will try also a few other suggested apps.

I would suggest apps such as Blockfolio and CoinMarketCap app. Both apps are totally free to download and use. As for wallets, there are many out there such as Eidoo and Change.

As the co-founder of Delta (https://getdelta.io), it feels natural to recommend Delta. But there are also other good alternatives, as mentioned already like Blockfolio.

Also, if you want a bit simpler way of adding your holdings (just total holdings, instead of per trade), then Cryptonaut is a good solution. You can do it Delta too, but it's a bit more work (you need to switch the Buy Price field from 'per coin' to 'in total'). Smiley
Try to use. But on Andriod I can't add a crypto in portfolio. When I push Add nothing happens.

Most people use Blockfolio but I've heard good things about Delta. I also use the Binance app to trade on the go. They have the best app of any exchange.

I'm just using the coinbase app but it is just limited to bitcoin, etherium and litecoin. It has graphs, in time prices and you can set alerts too. I have been struggling which app has various coin and easy to use. I think I will try blockfolio, thanks for recommendations.

The most advanced app is Blockfolio. BUT! It has a significant drawback - there is no sync option and web GUI. But still it's the best app that I use every day as a trader.

I heard that Blockfolio does not only not guarantee your privacy, but actually it takes advantage not only by getting an statistical market feel but individual strategies of good traders and managers.

What are the best cryptocurrency apps for Android? So i can manage my digital asset and be up to date al the time!
For example, I just want to see  the up-to-date prices (recently) on cryptocurrencies all around the world and quickly see my cryptocurrency investments and set price alerts.

Are those free apps?

Coinfolio is quite famous, but I would rather use a web based solution as many times you need to be able to work your numbers with a laptop. Anyway, I dislike those apps that grab your strategies etc... to use them

As for monitoring the % rate - using the mobile app is no problem. As for managing your cryptocurrency, I suggest you to forget this idea. Recently 3 apps from the top of google play turned to be scams. + adding the security problem of mobile apps, I think it's not the best idea.

Blockfolio is definitely one of the best for keeping tabs on your own investments! (Thus far, as the other users said). I'd also recommend checking out Delta.

To track Bitcoin, I also use CoinDesk - it shows interesting factors, like market cap, total blocks, network difficulty and more.

I have been trying to find an app for ICO news. ICO Market is the best thus far, but I'm definitely on the lookout for better (and more inclusive) options.

I would have to say Coinbase from my previous experience. Not only do they not crash continuously like Kraken, but they also include very nice transfer rates making selling and buying a whole lot easier. Even though there was a small hiccup when Ethereum was fluctuating heavily I still firmly believe that we will see a steep rise in more and more exchanges coming through to android.

I have also been interested in this issue for a long time. I came to the conclusion that it's easier to write the application yourself using a public API Smiley
