It is better to avoid such wallets as it is not 100% safe. I heard bad stuffs about Jaxx. Coins disappearing. Best to use the wallet developed by the developers who made the coins. Better be safe than sorry.

Wen Rolex?
Personally i dont believe in any multi-currency wallet even it is not safe though i use MytherWallet for Erc basede token may be erc20 ,23 like and am using Waves for waves based tokens or currency . If any chance i need to install software for holding currency i will go with Bittrex for small time not long term holding.

I also used myetherwallet and I have wallets for specific coins, some wallets from recommended wallet of an ICO, or an own wallet of an ico. And some where just downloaded in playstore whenever Im trying to find better apps  to help.
Myether wallet is only for ethreum contract token , By the way I'll never tried this jaxx wallet but I have a friend already use that wallet and never have a problem using it.

Instead of using multiwallet to store your coins. why not use walet suggested by ICO or 1 by 1 wallet. I knowits hard to check that daily but there's an app called blockfolio. just put how many coins you holding so you will never be tired open all your wallets.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
You mean a single wallet for storing different cryptocurrencies? If yes then I guess an Android Wallet App called Coinomi would do.
I don't know why people hardly recommend it. I would have to ask forum members soon.

the best wallet with multi curency
is very safe, and anywhere you can use youre balance, trezor and ledger wallet
but hardware wallet not online wallet

bytheway youre wrong section if you post in trading discussion section, is good post in service discussion section
Yes they are good multi-currency wallets but the only think peoples need is security that their money is safe enough that no one could reach, so for this you have to check the wallets reviews and then decide which wallets is best, without checking reviews don’t ever use the wallets.

Jaxx was hacked a couple of weeks ago. For your own security, try not to store your hard earned bitcoins and altcoins to a single mobile app wallet. Or cry later. For Bitcoin, Bitcoincore is still the best. For Eths I'll stick with MyEtherwallet.com.
Can you give me an explanation of why jaxx could get hacked?

I have heard a similar news about Jaxx recently and panicked as I am a user of Jaxx from long time and their wallet is the best for me. Perhaps you should read this.

Most of the applications can be hacked through various malicious processes, we have to be smart while entering a password or private keys.

Thank you, I will look into both of them. Could they both support any type of crypto?

As far as I get it, I could install Exodus on a usb and work with it this way 100% offline, correct? If I was to install on a usb though, would I still be able to back it up safely by backing it up on the usb, then put this file on (my computer turned off the internet) my computer and then email it to myself?

You could try Exodus which is a multi asset wallet and it allows you to store your private keys in one application with a user interface which could be customized.Mycelium is an android based multi currency wallet which is used by thousands of users.

Hello all,

I was wondering what how to safely store large amounts of different crypto. I decided it's best to store LTC on paper wallet. Then I did a research on Iconomi and decided to store it on MyEtherWallet.com. Then I found out this wallet doesn't support a lot of the coins I want to invest into. I read JAXX support a lot of coins, but I cannot find a single statement about what those coins exactly are, so I would save myself the trouble of making yet another wallet I wouldn't really use.

Bottom line is, do you know of a wallet (preferably free) which supports even smaller coins like Antshares, Iconomi, Stratis, Steem, etc?

Any tips on how to make such wallet safer? I know MyEtherWallet.com never stores any information about the transaction you perform, so all you need for working with this wallet safely is a paper wallet to store tokens to. However, is there a similar option for JAXX, or whatever wallet you may suggest to me as a good multi-currency one?

Thank you in advance and Cheers!  Grin
