Oh, well looky here, that's strange, I'm not a newbie anymore. Guess I just had to post something.
Oh, I didn't realize there was one. I seem to have fit all the criteria (5 posts and 4 hours) but am still a newbie...

What would a newbie have to do to be able to post in the other forums? Do I have to be logged in for a specified number of hours?
