The most annoying ICO around that I often see is the Upcoin.
This is the UPcoin thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty-join-upcoins-referral-program-and-earn-a-whopping-2700-per-month-2683721
I really hate their campaign because the only campaign that they have is by referral, see reference: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.27414486

This campaign is making the member especially those newbies who didn't know the rule in this forum that we are not allowed to put referral code. I often see newbies and Jr member posting their referral code and advertising this all over the forum.

One I hate the most is been usually called "proof of share". Projects ask for my money, that would be invested in non-security token with hype value only and they ask me to do free bounty first to be eligable for participate. I cann't understand how this became real. And what do you dislike the most?
