I would say bee token and ink protocol.
Bee token is building a airbnb like Ecosystem on Blockchain, all MIT team and very low hard cap of $15 million
Ink protocol is also a good project with good advisors including quantum stamp etc with only $15 million cap

There are some ico which is hype and promissing to grow in future.
I know one of the best ico that already raised hard cap, thats sether ico. If you interest, start researh that project and you might trade it when it hit exchanger

Bluzelle maybe? I saw a chart in which people like Ian Balina had Bluzelle top 3. I can't find that chart right now though, but I have heard about it a lot in telegram.

I didn't follow ICO, but I think AdBank one of the success ICO, they have reached the hardcap a week before the schedule. I'm follow from AdBank bounty just 3 weeks. Hopefully this coin is awesome. The other ICO will be success I think is clout, now the bounty is in second round. And the last is Vice Industry Token, they have a telegram group very active, the project is good I think because we can get money for watching porn (LOL) and I think a lot of people like it HAHA. Once again it's just my opinion.

I think there are so many promising ICOs, but to follow that, see how the progess team is professional or not. for now I only see ICO like Wepower, Credits, Lala World and Beluga pay. I'm sure they're done as promised. because manyonce devotees for participation

arcblock has so many investors and credit looks become another good option too. But the fact that there are so many icos that raised a lot of interest from investors. I have some options just like bluezelle . but dadi is worst ico i've ever seen the develop is not even creative to give implementation about how dadi works.
