For a newbie you seem suspiciously overly concerned about being banned. Looking at your post history it wouldn't surprise me if you've already had one or more accounts banned for posting almost exclusively in off topic spam threads.
To answer your question though, make sure you read the stickies in the boards you're posting in and make sure to follow the advice given in them and if you do you probably wont be banned.
