17. Trading of goods that are illegal in the seller's or buyer's country is forbidden. [2]
I do not think that we can count this rule here, since you are selling something digital and therefore the possibility of both the sender and the receiver remain unknown and it is difficult to determine the legal status in it.
In general, I do not think that many people in the beginner buy and sell, especially for illegal digital products, so do not expect to get a lot of orders, even if it is prohibited.

You can benefit from your experience in developing things that people in the forum need.

In a world of coins, use them.
I love to learn about crypto! I just make that kind of software to make side cash, to invest in alts, buy computer parts, etc.

Alright, thanks for the advice! I didnt want to get my account suspended or even banned because of the software I sell, thanks for the heads up!

Maybe you can sell it on some black hat forums or similar communities.

But not here, because this forum is very strict as far as rules goes.

In any case you are already here and doesn't want to get your account suspended or ban, so why not learn about cryptos and stay away from those shady softwares?

Changing hardware ID (such as changing MAC address of your WiFi receiver) itself is in gray area & there are legitimate usage (such as protecting privacy). But if you explicitly advertise your software to bypass online game ban or other illegal activity, most likely your thread will be removed.

Besides, big game publisher might sue your software. Here's an example https://torrentfreak.com/bungie-ubisoft-sue-destiny-2-cheatmakers-ring-1-for-copyright-infringement-210728/.

In my free time I create software that bypasses Hardware ID bans in games. Am I allowed to sell that software of the forums? I am asking because it interferes with other software(s).

If that software is illegal (and I kinda expect it to be), trying to sell it on the forum is against the rules.
This means that the posts have a good chance to get reported and removed. Seller (and buyer) reputation may also suffer (I've seen that in the past with MS keys).
