surround yourself with happy people. their positive energies will surely rub in on you. don't deal with problems on your own, share it with people you trust, it would be less burden and it deepens trust among family and friends. Wink

I don't know much about anxiety, but I can tell you that in order to rank up you will need to be active on this forum for a certain amount of time.
If you are active in every two week period and have enough posts (on average one per day) then your account's activity points will rise by one for each day since you joined.

I think that you need 30 activity points in order to be a Jr. Member. So just make at least one post in next two weeks and then at least one more post in two weeks after that.
