Loneliness can be a gift but there are levels to how much of a gift it is. Loneliness can be associated with mental issues. And most times, it leads to depression, anxiety, and more problems. I think what you mean to say is that sometimes, being able to spend time alone is good. Because if you really get lonely, you’d definitely not like to call it a gift.

For me, I think you want to eat good food, drink clean water, breathe good air, get lots of sleep, get lots of exercise, and do activities that keep you mentally sharp.  Also avoiding anything in excess that can lead to negative consequences.  This is why it's good to live somewhere with a lots of trees for good air, consider drinking clean water as opposed to soda, get lots of sleep, have a hobby that keeps you moving and thinking, and be somewhat conscious about what you eat. 
Think this is just what every one needs but the situation of life have deprived alot of this things.

For me, as a very young man who is still growing, I have set this as the ideal goal, a life where I can have a good (healthy) food, drink clean water, have my rest as needed, regular workout (Exercise) and the rest of things in life wouldn't be my problem. As long as my desire is coming true and I'm making progress with my photography life, I believe I will be more healthy than ever.

If anyone could get all this, then happiness is not gonna be the problem because all this is happiness already.

I can relate to the fact of thinking too much and the consequences it can have over the people's psyque. Even though we all think (because of our nature as human beings), we are not supposed to make our lives harder by overthinking and bitter our existence because of the future which is yet to come.
There have been days when I have spent much of my morning or afternoon thinking on what I am supposed to do or what would be the correct thing to do in regards to an specific situation. In the end, I do nothing and all was a waste.
I understand sometimes loneliness can be a good companion, but that is rather situational and depends on the nature of our personal situations. I don't want more loneliness I would rather to experience companionship from the right people and I am sure that is the situation of many other people on this planet.

How much is necessary to be healthy or how important is being healthy is not understood while being healthy.  Whenever someone gets sick, he understands the importance of wellness.  I think body and mind are closely related to each other.  If the body is good, the mind is good.  I think all the processes are necessary to keep the body healthy like balanced diet plan, regular exercise and adequate sleep.  These are written rules to keep the body healthy.  And the processes we follow to keep our minds healthy are the unwritten rules of wellness.  However, the process of maintaining a good mind may vary from person to person.  For example, when we are children we like to play with our peers and when we grow up we become addicted to various devices.  In old age we want to hang out with old friends at the tea shop.  Peace of mind lies in being able to do the things we love to do at any age.  So I think it's an unwritten process of keeping a good mind.

Healthy living is our own decision to make, this is not a condition of where you are or how influential you are, we need to make the practice and work by the ethics of a personal good hygiene, when we do so, we are going to see the reflection of such in our daily living, it also begins from what we eat, we have to be careful, this has a lot to do with the kind of environment we are living in and how we are able to practice some safety precautions for a good and healthy living.
I agree with you on this because health is our primary responsibility and we owe ourselves that as a right if we must continue leaving a happy life, most times personal hygiene have been neglected by some people and at that we have seen how this have affected the quality of life that they live amd also we have seen those who take the personal hygiene things seriously and at some point we need to take that proactive and decisive decision to take good care of our health.

Yes, thinking too much about something will make you anxious and unhappy. Moreover, thinking about something that will not necessarily happen will interfere with your quality of life and it is better to enjoy your life. If I might add maybe not comparing your life with others is also an unwritten rule of healthy life. You will definitely continue to be burdened if you always compare yourself with other people. Apart from wasting energy, you will also easily weaken mentally.

It's funny that you bring up the topic of letting go, because many of these sayings appear to emphasize the significance of present. For example, the concept of spending time alone or refraining from reflecting on the past or future. It's almost as if they're suggesting that happiness can only be discovered in the present moment, not somewhere else. I also like the idea of being aware of your own ideas, steps, and behaviours rather than just operating on schedule, so I believe it is not good to dwell in the past or future because being too consumed with what's back or in ahead of us has an emotional impact on us and prevents us from focusing on what is truly important.

I think reading books can help you keep to a health life,but there is one thing that is unwriten that even the bible made mention of is by fasting,anytime we engage in fasting it heals the inner man so if the inner man is health the flesh can not be sick,meaning always on a good health and another one is always be happy and joyful for no reason.

I have learned that spending time alone and meditating is beneficial. The world has become so noisy that you might not have the right environment to reason and analyze life's issues. Although it is very difficult for me now to stay alone because of family responsibilities and some economic challenges, I still allocate some time to meditation.

If you believe or follow what you see on social media, you might become frustrated. Most of the stories you see on social media are deceptive and fake. You would always see beautiful pictures, while in reality, these people are living in pain. I don't need to tell the world that I bought a new car because it would only attract more enemies to me.

There aren't any unwritten rules for healthy life. I mean, how does one express an unwritten rule? The only way he might do it is by and through his actions. But essentially all actions have been written about, and they can be seen by any of us now that we have the Internet, and know how to do searches. Of course, there are the free, public libraries that speak the rules in all their books.

Yes, you don't need to show people you are happy, it looks like you are not happy enough and you need people to validate your happiness on social media first by liking your pictures before you agree that it was a beautiful memory, and you were happy about it.

I used to assume I could not do somethings until I just overcame the fear and tried. Just try and start to do does things that you assumed you could not do, you will be surprised how you have just been the one limiting yourself.

Avoid/minimise processed food - "you are what you eat"
Build/maintain muscle mass and stretch for mobility and flexibility.
Excersize your body for fitness and stamina, get your heart pumping for at least 10 minutes
Excersize your mind to strengthen memory.

Keep life as simple as possible, it doesn't need any help at getting complicated!

When I was still at my teenage days, I'm seeking attention entirely with the use of my social media account and then some things happened that made me avoid the public eyes through social media.

It's like I'm freed from the jail of attention seeking in social media and you don't have to update your feed at all times wherever you go or whatever you do.

The problem today that I've seen from teens and adults as well, they're seeking validation and attention with the use of social media which they shouldn't.

I call it quiet time and it is the most productive time especially when i have less job or nothing to do. Sometimes after taking a few course online the time i spend alone is used to meditate on all i have learnt and how i can apply them. Recently i took a course on Digital Marketing and it was complex from the start but when i took out time to stay away from the screen and mediate i began to see and understand all i could not while i was learning.

Laughter i.e laughing all the time can also lead to good health,when you are stressed up for the day and a friend tells you a very funny joke,you will see that after laughing for awhile, you will be eased from your stress. Laughing will also help you take in so much oxygen which helps for the circulation of blood and also help to cure heart diseases. The only way to laugh all the time is to be happy and tolerate everything around you no matter how annoying it is. When I was a teen my uncle adviced me to always laugh so that I will live longer and that if I frown all the time,I will not live long.

I think they also include but not limited to, Reading books, open to learning new skills, having multiple streams of income, always having a positive mindset, listening to good reggae music 🎧, doing sports activities at least once a week, to burn down some calories, being in a good and a healthy relationship with your spouse etc. This are some few I can think out, for an unwritten rule of a healthy lifestyle.
