Hey bob Smiley

The fees are added to the block and the miners get them, they are only added if your sending bitcoins comprised of tiny transactions/new. They help get your transaction processed quickly.

Nice one thanks, I had no idea that the miners would get a mini amount whilst mining if they mined my transactions.. I just assumed that only the 25 coin per block was the amount miners got.

If you need more detailed information: http://bitcoinfees.com/

Thanks,  I'll take a look at that Smiley

Cheers guys,

Hi,

Can anyone confirm what Transactions fees are that I see in my wallet?  e.g. I send some coins and I'm charged a Transaction Fee of 0.1 for doing so.

Also.. who gets this fee?

Thanks,
Bob
